My favorite Spotify feature, man. Elevates the entire listening experience.

here

Ikr insane feature

Absolutely amazing

Apple Music transitions way better.

Never even knew this

It’s pretty cool.

@Tobibanks Apple has something similar but I think it just does BPM matching for the next song in the queue

@iam_jerrymoses lol yeah. That’s what I use

I’ve made my peace with YouTube music. No other platform is seeing me again

😂😂

Apple Music has had this

awesome feature but all this thread has shown me is what awful fucking taste in music twitter has

This is the feature i love the most.

Bro, same!

Apple Music does this way better. Actually takes elements from each song and mixes it, changes the tempo and transitions seamlessly similar to how a DJ does.

From just testing it with about 20 transitions, it rarely worked this smoothly - and sometimes it will start a song halfway through it to try to match the tempo. Cool idea but weird result

did this one and is crazyyyy

Wait until you find out you can edit your own transitions

Spotify chasing Apple Music as usual

I’ll never leave Apple Music but they be skipping half the song with the transitions

I swear it’s by far the greatest feature

My favorite transition right here

Apple has it too

This good?

Didn’t they copy this from Apple Music?

That wasn’t even really a mix though

Every music app does this bro

too good

Try the apple one, you’ll feel like you’re at a live show, it’s different

Facts!!!

Tried it on a Michael Jackson playlist. Worst experience in my life. It only works as good as in this video, if you plan the transitions manually, which takes way too long (i’m not a fuckin dj) and also means you can‘t shuffle through the playlist anymore.

Do people actually listen to this shit? Why pay for Spotify if you could just listen to the radio for shifty pop music

check this

I don’t have this feature yet 😣😭

really wish it worked in middle of tracks too! esp when its designed to mix songs!

How do you do this ?

@rofffybaby You go to the queued part of the current playlist, then you tap the circled icon. It would rearrange the song list, and transition them smoothly.

Nice

🔥

lmao apple music just drops you off in the middle of the next song shi so trash 😂

Compared to Apple Music actually dj’ing this is ass This just fades in

Does Apple Music do that too?
