![Another pleasant surprise by Axis Bankโs Atlas Credit Card ๐ฅฐ๐ฅณ๐คฉ : With Axis Bankโs Atlas Credits Card, you get access to the Business Class Lounge at Abu Dhabi Airport in UAE. To my surprise, even Priority Pass of HDFCโs Infinia Credit Card, HDFC Bankโs Marriott Diners Black Credit Card and may other premium credit cards were not eligible for this Business Class lounge ๐ฑ๐ฑ๐ฑ. ๐Primary card holder of Axis Bankโs Atlas Credit Card and accompanying guests get access to the Business Class Lounge instead of a cramped, very small and crowded economy class lounge of Abu Dhabi Airport. ๐At Business Class Lounge, you are presented an A la Carte menu by waitress like a high-end restaurant. You can order food and drinks from that menu. There are limited veg options but you can request them to make veg version of dishes. ๐Additionally, you get access to full buffet of Economy Class Lounge which has many veg options. You can bring it to Business Class Lounge. ๐Priority Pass of even super-premium credit cards like HDFC Infinia and premium credit cards on Diners Club network are NOT ELIGIBLE for this Lounge. โ

However, Priority Pass of Infinia Credit Card and other premium credit cards give access to just one economy class lounge and no restaurants access at Abu Dhabi Airport. I visited this lounge during my recent visit to Dubai and Abu Dhabi and experienced this. Atlas Cardโs Lounge program is with DreamFolks network. ![Since thereโs been discussion about Colon Cancer over the past few days, Iโve decided to release my video covering new data on a ketogenic diet for colorectal cancer early. Below is a 79 second teaser. ๐จSome Key Considerations: ๐Epidemiology will never truly reveal cause-effect relationships between lifestyle and colon cancer. Itโs fine for hypothesis generation, but not sufficient to make causal claims. ๐Animal model studies are limited insofar as they are non-human. That's true. However, have the power to provide insights into causal connections and mechanisms. In this study, to improve human relevance, the researchers used microbiome-humanized mice (see clip). *Don't disregard data because "oh, it's just animals." Sometimes, those are the most insightful and information data available on a given topic* ๐จKey Findings ๐Ketogenic diet reduced colon cancer tumor size and overall tumor burden ๐The mechanism appears to be due to the ketogenic diet altering the microbiome so as to increase the production of endogenous stearic acid, an 18 carbon saturated fat rich in cocoa butter, tallow, and shea butter. ๐Fecal transplant and exogenous stearic acid feeding experiments reveal the importance of the microbiome shift and anti-cancer potential of stearic acid ๐The stearic acid reduced inflammation and killed off cancer cells by apoptosis ๐ฅOn Red Meat ๐As I review in the video briefly, red (and processed) meats are complex foods. Theyโre not just stearic acid. I will not rule out the possibility that meat, and particularly processed meats, could be a net negative for colon cancer risk given factors iron overload and/or chemical additives including processing. ๐However, I think itโs essential to keep in mind (1) dietary patterns and overall metabolic health matter MUCH more than any single food or ingredient. Effect size matters.
