Many of you might have seen my crowd work video, for which I have been receiving a lot of hate. I feel I deserve this hate. Because while I was doing crowd work with that guy, he said many derogatory things, but everyone was laughing. I got carried away, and it was a lapse in judgment. I feel this was a big mistake on my part. I could have stopped him there or taken a stand, but I didn't. I gave him a platform, which caused things to escalate. Ended up going into my show a little too lean, couldn’t quite get enough carbs in the few days before and lost some muscle definition. Lesson learned for the next one. PS- it’s okay to laugh at my posing, it’s a work in progress, okay?! BUT…. I ended up with a few pieces of hardware. I mean, who doesn’t love a 👑😏 I was allowed dessert and a much anticipated Tito’s cranberry at dinner. Now it’s back on track for 3 more weeks and then on to a building season.
