My first ever attempt at Beef Wellington! Pretty successful!👩‍🍳

Notes I took while this was my FIRST ever time making this incredibly hard dish! -Cook it a little longer to 40 min for not raw. -Get a bigger sheet of pastry sheet or make it yourself -REMEMBER THE STEPS!! I forgot them while making it.. - Steps in order. cook the veggies, sear, mustard, layout the crepes then on top Prosciutto then all the veggies then the meat, fridge for a couple min, cover the WHOLE thing with pasty puff sheet, bake.

This just might be the easiest pasta recipe you'll ever make.

It was a bit raw so I decided to cook it a bit longer.. I over cooked it.. still delicious tho. Good first try!!❤️‍🔥
