This might be the cleanest “AI short film” workflow I’ve seen. I made a full 1-minute story using: Lovart for a 10-frame storybook (character consistent), Higgsfield AI 🧩 Cinema Studio v1.5 to animate every frame into 10-second cinematic scenes, ElevenLabs for dialogue + singing, Artlist for music + sound design, CapCut to stitch + grade the final cut. It feels like a real short film, not AI.

Using reference sheets with Omni has now become my favorite method for consistent storytelling with AI so I built a Freepik space that allows you to generate these reference sheets (characters & items) with ease, here you go This method allows you to add a character reference sheet, item reference sheet and a location and combine all elements into a single video with multiple camera angle changes using Kling AI 3.0's Omni feature. This feature works wonderfully for consistent storytelling. Enjoy!👍

NIGHTBORNE is the first full test AI film I have made. It was made using Seedance 2.0. I've been experimenting with AI for a couple of years, and it's now at the point where I want to tackle a full feature in this format. This is a 13-minute test start. It was made with real concept artists, and features the faces and voices of 32 real people. Barley Studios will be my new AI studio for creating my own films, the way Oats Studios was for traditional film and VFX. Barley studios Full film in the reply.

Had to try Grok Imagine after seeing Heavy Pulp’s latest work. I used Grok Imagine’s still image creation and new multi-image video reference feature for the video, no other AI model were used. I have no movie editing or movie creation skills whatsoever, just an eye for aesthetic. I added a consistent cinematic style, character and scene setting along with simple prompts. Extending scenes was flawless, the speed to render iterations was nuts, and realism is high level. 3 hours in total to produce. Must try Grok Imagine.

I put the video and sound together in RunwayML.

I used Hailuo AI-MiniMax Hub new #HailuoUnlimitedFrames (Start / End Frames) after training a LoRA on my animated character and used Black Forest Labs 's Flux to generate the images. I also used Freepik (now Magnific) for image editing & video generation (before MiniMax gave the free 7 days!) I wrote the script by myself. Then, used to generate a custom voice. Edited everything in CapCut and created a background soundtrack using Suno This blows my mind. An idea becomes a real thing. Knowledge is power. Know your AI tools -> get MIND BLOWING results!
