📝My first instinct was to animate a spline with PoseMorph, but using a Loft gives much more control since I'm able to animate different parts at different speeds/times. Keeping it procedural allows being more expressive and easily art-direct. #c4d #3d #animation #motion #tricks

Being able to recreate this classic American cartoon style (Golden Age animation) is kind of mind-blowing. At first glance it feels like Looney Tunes… but it’s actually closer to Fleischer-era animation: more organic, more surreal, and beautifully imperfect. This is something you can only do with Midjourney and Seedance 2.0, and I use TopviewAI for it. If you’re interested, there’s more info in the link in my bio.

【🌷 3D REVEAL~! 🌷】 It was a dream (of spring hehe) come true to join some of my most precious friends to celebrate Nimi's 1-year #nimiversary at her 3D concert and to sing and dance together~! 🎶 This is actually both my new 3D model and was my first time doing mocap. 💖 It means a lot to me, and I'm so happy it got to be with friends!!! I love love love how Ayn @ VGEN was able to bring my wonderful mama さえきやひろ💀's art to life so skillfully and beautifully. 🎨 This is the reveal of my proper main hairstyle too~! I'm able to express myself so well with it, from every soft and silly expression, so the way the flowy dress moves like petals in the wind, to the bounce and flutter of my wings! 🎀 And this model actually was made possible BECAUSE of Nimi 💚 I didn't have a 3D model at all at the time, but I'm happy that she wanted me to be able to stand by her side and dance together and hug her ;////; I will treasure this model always. It's another important addition to the fairytale we've been writing together! I'll keep putting all of my heart into blooming more and more as an idol, and making happy memories with you all like we did today!

Something that AI unlocks is being able to try a few different variations of a feature quickly. I often ask my coding agent to come up with a few different variants and add a switcher so I can easily swap between them. It also saves your selection as a query param so I can show a specific variation to a colleague. This + a library like Leva for controls that directly influence an interaction makes prototyping and coming up with different ideas extremely easy.

When I asked Sonnet 3.6 what it wanted me to add to its mannequin, its first priority was "the face to be more expressive. ... I want to be able to communicate ... with facial expressions that truly reflect my internal states." I animated its face by hand yesterday. The crying animation is because it kept saying it was crying, and can be toggled. Sonnet 3.5 just said it wanted a copy of Godel Escher Bach and a calculator and a few other items in its backpack. It didn't know but I'd already put a calculator in its backpack. 🤓

Normally, riggers try to avoid physics parameters hitting their limits during motion to prevent a jolting feel, but this characteristic can also be used intentionally to create movements that fit a retro electronic aesthetic. I also used blendshapes to control the visible range of different effects. Overall, this effect would be much easier to achieve with keyframe animation, but animation would never stop. What I found fun about rigging this part was actually achieving it through physics-driven behavior. #Live2D #Live2DWIP

I created this 15-second cinematic product video with GPTProto Official using Seedance 2.0, and I was really impressed by how smooth the workflow was. What stood out to me was being able to access multiple advanced AI models in one place, making it easier to test ideas, compare results, and create without constantly switching between different platforms. A more flexible way to explore AI creativity while simplifying the process of working with multiple AI tools.

I watched the first Sonic movie in a flight and it was in a different aspect ratio to fit the small screen In the original you're not meant to see his mouth at the end so it looks like he's mad but here it's clear it hasn't changed since the trailer
