Get your grill to a higher temp

That’s perfect in the middle. Get a higher heat so you truly sear the outside.

@VivaLaStool People are being ugly. Great for your first time. A little direct high heat/ just over the coals before you get the internal temp to your preference and you’re golden. More salt and pepper too.

The “gah daaaaaaaamn” makes me laugh every gah damn time 😂😂
