I would take the combat an exploration of the darksiders game, but have the game esthetically looked like it N64 or PS1 game.

Gameplay is 60 but the animations are at 30 correct????

60FPS. Animations in pixel are depends on what u are doing. The waves has 30 drawings lets say. If I draw every 0.5 secs, that will mean that waves are also 60 FPS. Not the case, as the whole cycle is several seconds

Sorry for the missundertanding. Game is 60FPS. when I talk about 30 frames animation, I mean the weaves is made of 30 drawings, which is really unique in a pixel art game.

Out of curiosity, how many persons worked on this project?

The OST is a good example. The main 2 composers made about 15 songs each, but there are other music collabs, and more than 10 composers participated (me too with 1 song). Similar with characters, enemies, tilesets, Sfx, Fx and so on. So main team 10. Total, about 100 people
