šŸæļø My hand is completely fine now. My hand is completely fine (laughs). And because of that hand… not long after I went to the orthopedics, I had been coughing for so long that I ended up going to the hospital holding my ribs. The doctor… (laughs) was really...

šŸæļø Anyway, since for the time being, as of right now, I don’t have any schedules involving choreography for over a week, I’ll try to take good care of myself. I also want to get better quickly and be on stage full of energy, breathing together with you all, so I’ll try to rest well too. I went to the hospital, (laughs) and the company is also really worried about me. Seeing that everyone sent me messages… I was worried that maybe TINYs might misunderstand, but I realized there was no need for that. TINYs… were saying things like this too, (laughs) that KQ couldn’t stop me, so they told/tattled on me to ATINY. I know ATINY’s feelings very well too. Of course, that’s true, I have my own desire too, and because I want to keep, as much as possible, the promises I make with TINYs and things like that, and because I know very well what TINYs are saying, I’ll take good care of myself. Since this is the first time in the 8 years I’ve been doing this that I’ve experienced a situation like this, where it’s difficult to dance because of this, I had been getting through it well in my own way. But when I went to the hospital once more this week, they told me that with my ribs, if I keep moving my body, the treatment/recovery period will only get longer anyway. So after giving it a lot of thought/after much consideration, we agreed/decided that I would go ahead/proceed with it (schedules) even if I had to do it sitting down. video cr. m0men1_s2

āļø: I honestly spent so much time thinking about it. At first, I kept wondering if it was the right choice. Every time I looked in the mirror, it felt unfamiliar and a little awkward. And I think there are certain shades of blonde that suit me, and others that just don’t feel like me. But I really, really thought about it a lot. On top of that, there were times when I was out and about and had to deal with some not-so-great reactions because of it, so I had a lot of worries. I kept going back and forth in my head. When I wore that outfit for the music show performance, I actually couldn’t sleep at all the night before. I had so many thoughts and worries that I was basically fighting with myself. My mood was really bad that day. But even though my body felt like it weighed a ton, I dragged myself to the music show and did it. And while I was there, I was still battling with myself, thinking, ā€œIs this really right? Am I just too stuck in my own perspective to see it clearly? Maybe I’m the only one who doesn’t get it.ā€ But at the same time, I kept telling myself, ā€œWe already filmed the music video like this. This is something I have to commit to.ā€ So I went on stage. I was honestly feeling really down that day. I had almost no confidence in myself. But later on, seeing that so many people understood it and liked it made me realise that maybe it wasn’t completely the wrong choice after all. That said, my favourite hairstyle on myself is still black hair. So today, I got my hair and makeup done, looked in the mirror, and thought, ā€œI need to go live.ā€ So here I am.

jihoon said it was since mmm dance break that he hurt his back :( 🐶 i was honestly really flustered on stage. you know how there’s a level of pain you can push through and a level you just can’t.. 🐶 after the dance break we still had king kong and other stages, so i tried to do as much as i could. whenever i briefly moved to the side in between, i told the managers that something felt strange with my back and asked them to have the physical therapist and massage therapist wait below the stage and to bring pain relief patches 🐶 before boy, when we briefly step off, and after bona bona, i quickly put a patch on my back. but because of the sweat, it kept sliding down, and it just wasn’t working. during the introductions, i was breaking out in cold sweats because it hurt so much. i honestly don’t even remember exactly how i got through it 🐶 after finishing that part, i had to go back up for move. because i came down to check on my condition, the members’ first ment ended up getting longer, and i felt really anxious. i said i would go up for move and at least try it 🐶 so i went up to perform but it wasn’t working. while doing move, i started feeling like i might end up causing trouble instead. you know that feeling like you don’t want to show you’re being treated.. how could i show a bad side of myself to our fans? 🐶 so after finishing move, i thought that if i pushed myself any more, it might affect our upcoming asia tour, our comeback schedule, and everything else. so i said i should go backstage for a bit. back there, i received treatment really intensely and did what i could

#JANHAE #JANIVERSE space #1 pt.2 - why she decided to get her styes removed ā˜¹ļøšŸ’œ 🦊: i went to the hospital; i was mentally ok at that time. when i went to the hospital and waited for the doctor. at first, i was going to go the same place [i normally go], but the doctor was fully booked there. so i switched to another hospital, but i had also been to this one too. there were a lot of people too, so i went back here and got a slot. i waited for the doctor 🦊: once i saw the doctor, they asked, ā€œlet me take a look at your eye.ā€ they then checked by flipping my eyelid over and looking at it. they were like, ā€œoh here! i see it here! there seems to be two [styes].ā€ i was like, ā€œright, doctor? i also saw two.ā€ because i could see them at the edge of my eye, like there were swollen bumps. the doctor was like, ā€œwow you’re so good! how did you see them? you flipped your eyelids and looked at them yourself?ā€ then they continued checking for a while and showed me pictures. they said, ā€œhere! what i’m seeing is right hereā€ which were actually inside my eye 🦊: everyone! people who have had a stye might know what that is, but people who have never had one before - it’s the inside of your eyelid. when you flip your upper eyelid, you’ll see something like pus there. and there were two spots. i was shocked at that time. i asked the doctor ā€œso what should i do?ā€ the doctor said there were two options. if i was afraid of needles, then take medicine. but if i wasn’t scared, then get it surgically removed 🦊: then in my mind, ā€œi’ve never had procedures in this area. what should i do?ā€ honestly, i wanted to get it over with. and [i also thought] how [serious] the prcoedure would be, because the last time i had one, the doctor just… i thought it was already the procedure. it was just pricking the oil glands, but that one got better and went down, right? so i thought it was something like that and would get better, like a little more than this. i didn’t think it was going to be serious. so i said i wasn’t afraid of needles, but i also asked how long it would take before getting better, in terms of the wound, or if i could wear makeup 🦊: they said, ā€œwell, i would want you to give it about a week before you wear makeup. on the inside, it might take around 2 weeks for the wound to get better. so cut back on wearing contact lenses for now.ā€ i thought, ā€œwow so long! but does that mean the procedure would be bigger than the one i did with pricking?ā€ at that time, i still thought what they did was a surgery. so i was like, ā€œthe procedure was bigger than the one i did?ā€ 🦊: so i started to think, ā€œnope, i can’t do it,ā€ and said, ā€œthen what if i take medicine instead, doctor?ā€ the doctor said, ā€œit might go down if you take medicine. but it might still come back up again. i don’t know when it might swell up again. if you take medicine, it might only temporarily suppress it.ā€ so i opened up my work schedule. i didn’t dare to risk and let it swell up during don’t know when, everyone! do you get it? 🦊: after this, i still have more back-to-back work. and the doctor also recommended that it would be better to get it removed through procedures. so i decided, ā€œok, i’ll have the procedure.ā€

Luke Kuechly says he knew it was time to retire from the NFL because he was no longer 100% mentally committed to hitting players at full force ā€œI used to just go smack dudes and have no issues. And I would go hit a guy and I’m like, ā€˜Yeah, that didn’t really feel great.’ And so then, once you make the decision in your mind, I’m not all the way in it… like the last game of the year, I was like, ā€˜I’m done. I’m doneā€™ā€ ā€œI just remember after that game, I was like, ā€˜Yeah, you don’t got it anymore. You don’t have it.’ I would've been fine if I physically slowed down. Can’t run as well, not as fast, maybe I’m not as physical. Maybe I don’t have the same fire. I would have been fine with that and I would have probably milked it out a little bit moreā€ ā€œOnce I knew it was my head, mentally, it’s either yes or no. If you slow down, physically, you can still play football hard, play it fast and play with great effort. But once I knew mentally, it’s not any of that, I couldn’t rationalize. I can’t play as hard as I want to. My effort’s not going to be there. I can’t be as physical. It’s not fair to the guys on the team, and it’s not fair to the coaches, and it’s not fair to the fans and myself and my family for me to go out there at mentally 75%ā€™ā€ ā€œIf I got to thump a guard and push a guy back to Shaq to make a play, and I’m like, ā€˜Eh,’ and I get widened, and then the tackle is really hard on Shaq. That’s not fair to Shaq. For me to know, especially mentally, the reason why I’m not stuffing that guy. I didn’t take him on, I didn’t hit him how I should've. I couldn’t do thatā€

Chat: Zeze, did you think about becoming an influencer before GF, or did it happen because of your fanbase after the show? Do you have goals as an influencer? ā€œAnyway, in my own way I already had a base from Miss Italia, so I was already pretty active on social media. Actually, I’ll tell you more — I used to be much more active than I am now, I posted a lot more stories. But at the moment I can’t always do that — I’m very, very restricted by various contracts, so I’m being completely honest with you, I’m a bit less present for that reason. I can’t always post whatever I want. In fact, that really irritates me, and I’m considering dropping a few… situations, a few contracts. But anyway, I’m super happy because I’m starting a great journey with Wannabe and I’m really happy about that. Still, there’s always the other side of the coin that limits me sometimes. So if you see that sometimes I post stories and then suddenly delete them, it’s because I’m told to delete them. Or if I don’t post them at all, it’s because I can’t. And if you ask me questions and I can’t answer you, it’s because I’m not allowed to — not for any other reason. So it can be a bit limiting as a job, but it’s beautiful in its own way. It’s still a powerful means of communication — it’s not something insignificant.ā€ Chat: What were your fans called before GF? ā€œThey didn’t have a name — I didn’t have a fandom. I just had people who appreciated what I did, that’s it. But I have to be honest — people don’t really stop me because I was on GF, or as a streamer or anything like that. They mostly stop me as an influencer, or as a former Miss Italia. Whenever I take pictures with different people, they usually say, ā€œWait, are you the former Miss Italia?ā€ And I say, ā€œYes, that’s me, I’m Zeudi, the former Miss Italia.ā€ But they don’t really stop me because of GF. Which is kind of strange, because that’s where I had my big breakthrough.ā€

āļø: What am I into these days? These days? These days, I kind of just… I think I’m living in a sort of "no‑thoughts" state. I don’t really have emotional ups and downs, just… I'm calm. I kind of, I don’t really know my feelings these days. It’s not like my emotions are going up and down a lot or anything, but then, when I met a friend of mine and we talked I realized I actually have more worries than I thought. But I also wonder if I just didn’t have the space to talk about them. So, on one hand... I don’t know if I have a lot of worries or if I just don’t have thoughts. With work, work is busy too but sometimes I even wonder if I’m actually busy. Because when you do so many schedules… you don’t really feel it. Like, maybe I am really busy but I just can’t feel it. No, It’s not a slump. It’s pretty far from a slump. A slump is when work doesn’t go well and doing things feels hard, but I’m not like that. When I work, it’s fun and exciting, I just don’t really have emotional highs and lows. So I wonder if maybe this is actually a good thing? That’s how it is. I don’t think you need to worry about this, but actually, I did have a lot of worries and concerns… I just didn’t realize I was worrying about them? Yeah. "Maybe it’s because you haven’t had much time to take care of yourself?" No, but I think I’m actually the type who takes care of myself pretty well. Ah, recently I’ve been going to the sauna alone pretty often and I’ve had some time to think while doing that. No, wait thinking about it, even when I go to the sauna I just sit there without thinking. I think I just space out. I wonder if it’s because I’ve gotten used to this work now. "Maybe your brain just wants to rest." That also feels right. No but, compared to before being thoughtless/empty-minded actually seems better, compared to when I had so many thoughts I couldn’t sleep. Now I sleep with my legs stretched out (idiom, it means to sleep comfortably), yes. Maybe it’s because things feel stable, yes. My relationship with the members is really good and I feel a lot of satisfaction with the work I do, and since ATINY always show me support so strongly by my side, somehow I wonder if that’s why I don’t have emotional highs and lows. #SEONGHWA #성화
