My heart breaks hearing Marcellus Williams’ son talk about potentially having to watch his father executed today 💔

Please take time to actually read the case. He had items of the victim, sold the victim’s laptop, and told two people what he did which corroborated with the evidence on the scene of the crime.

Even if you dont believe that Marcellus is innocent, it’s not the defense’s job to prove it. The prosecution has to prove guilt and they have to do so BEYOND A RESONABLE DOUBT. DNA evidence has created enough doubt to warrant clemency.

He was a cold blooded killer, period.

I just don’t understand. When the reported evidence and even the family of the other victim didn’t want this why would they proceed with this lynching of a black man? 😥 WHY? #MarcellusWilliams
