Unsalted corn chips, ground beef, sour cream, fresh tomatoes, a chopped poblano, shredded cheese, corn off the cob, more chips, and put some onion in there. It's not so much that your ingredients are processed, but many of them are very high in sodium.

I hate that nacho cheese. Queso would be much better.
