सर, अपने बहुत ही महत्वपूर्ण मुद्दे की तरह सदन का ध्यान आकृष्ट किया है। 2006 से लेकर अब तक नॉन नेट फेलोशिप में कोई बढ़ोत्तरी नही की गई। केंद्रीय विश्वविद्यालय में आज भी अनुसंधान करने वाले शोधार्थियों को मनरेगा से भी कम शोधवृत्ति दी जा रही है।

Thank you sir for raising the issue. Sir, I want to address your attention towards another point of non net fellowship is applicable in Central university, research scholar from deemed university and State university does not get non net fellowship also.

I contrast this to the handsome million and multimillion dollar grants my junior colleagues receive for R & D. We need not just to value but to encourage our researchers — progress is pretty much centred around them.
