My interview on why America should not prosecute open source developers like the makers of Tornado Cash and Samourai Wallet The US should be proud to host brilliant coders building freedom tech!

Full interview here:

Kudos to you for doing it. Very important subject.

Absolutely, these innovators are pushing boundaries and fostering freedom.

@BitcoinMagazine Exactly. Open-source code is speech punishing devs for writing it sets a dangerous precedent. If we criminalize tools, not actions, innovation dies.

The Tornado Cash devs knowingly facilitated over $1 Billion in money laundering. Including $455M from the sanctioned dictatorship of North Korea to be used on nuclear weapons to possibly kill hundreds of thousands if not millions of people. It makes sense that one developer went to jail for 2 years and 6 months and the Roman is on trial this month.

No. It makes no sense. Guess what the sanctioned dictatorship of NK uses: encryption tools and internet tools designed by US developers. Do you want to attack those developers too? In America (Mr. American flag) you don't go after the blacksmith, you go after the criminal
