@BitcoinMagazine Exactly. Open-source code is speech punishing devs for writing it sets a dangerous precedent. If we criminalize tools, not actions, innovation dies.

The Tornado Cash devs knowingly facilitated over $1 Billion in money laundering. Including $455M from the sanctioned dictatorship of North Korea to be used on nuclear weapons to possibly kill hundreds of thousands if not millions of people. It makes sense that one developer went to jail for 2 years and 6 months and the Roman is on trial this month.
