My lab has been working for the past 15 years to develop a method to isolate specific genomic loci to identify its chromatin composition & protein interactome. Finally,… our superb physician/scientist Dr. Bercin Cenik Bercin K Cenik did it and here it is Not only was she able to... show more

@bkcenik Amazing new method to study in depth chromatin biology! Congratulations, Bercin and @ShilatifardLab!!

@bkcenik beautiful work @bkcenik and @ShilatifardLab ! We'd love to try this technique out

@bkcenik 👏👏👏

@bkcenik This is superb!!! Congratulations!

@bkcenik Congratulations @bkcenik ! Very cool work

@bkcenik Congratulations, Prof. Shilatifard & team! Is the loss of FUBP3 the primary factor driving reduced transcriptional activation at heat-shock-regulated loci?

@bkcenik Dear Dr. Shilatifard, this is a break through in d field of regulation of gene expression. I happened to meet you shortly at a conference in "Development & Disease" at d sea of Galilee in Israel. Your talk was excellent/promising. ps: I work on MYC regulation & look for funding.

A caller says he has been in a sexless relationship for 24 years now with a woman he's deeply in love woman Jone: Okay, you married? Caller: Yes. Uh, married 20 years. John: Okay. Caller: And always have been. Um... my and the crux of the question that I'm dealing with is whether she can't address this issue or she won't. John: That's not a question I can answer, brother. Caller: I understand. John: When you've asked her when you've asked her that question, what has she said? Caller: Well, that's the problem, it's not that we have not discussed this. We discuss this on average about once a year. I will not let it go, as in just not have it just sit quietly. But she continually asks for space and she needs time. And for years I've given it. John: Yeah, you gave her a quarter century. Caller: Yeah. Yes. But it's more complicated than just we're not... well, its originally starts with her childhood traumas. John: Mhm. Caller: And uh... which, shortly after we started dating, which in which time there was no sexual issues, uh her vaginismus developed. John: Sure. Caller: Which she has never been able to address. And we went about 12 years during which time we got married and had a child, because we were intermittently able to, a handful of times... John: Okay. Caller: ...uh, be together. But... Host: When you say she wasn't able to deal with it, did she go meet with physicians and doctors and psychiatrists to work through it, or when you say we weren't able to, she just said, "Hey, this is painful. I don't want to do this," and that was the end of the story? Caller: Closer to the latter. It's not that she would not, but everything she did was with extreme reluctance and with me pulling her along to move forward. John: Yeah, that's not a way to deal with vaginismus. Okay. All right. Caller: No, it is not. (laughs) But it was greatly, greatly complicated halfway through our relationship by her uh being diagnosed with bone marrow cancer. John: Good God almighty. This poor woman.

This is so gross. Candace takes a 6-year-old clip of her and Charlie talking about *figurative* bullets and warfare and uses that to—once again—take a dig at 23-year-old Mikey McCoy. Does Candace know what she would’ve done had she been at UVU that day? Come to think of it, why wasn’t she at UVU that day? Why did she rarely appear with Charlie in his last years? And has she ever watched someone get assassinated in front of her and 3,000 others, in order to be able to definitively say what she would do? Does she know what the contingency plan was? What the succession plan was? Come to think of it, why wasn’t she privy to those things? Why didn’t Charlie trust her with them?

In uplifting news my little sister has dedicated her life to Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior ✝️ I found out she was baptized 6 days ago! After not attending church for 14 years she rededicated her life. Just over 4 years ago she was living in California captured by the LGBTQ+ cult mindset and identified as they/them. My parents finally made the decision to leave California and move to Arkansas, within several months she started disassociating with identifying as they/them when she was finally able to be alone and think for herself. I'm so proud of my little sister for escaping the death cult, for finally feeling comfortable in her own skin, for dedicating her life to god and growing into the woman she was meant to be.
