Most players have significant power leaks in one or all of these areas. Lexi is a player who has trained extensively to allow all of these areas to work together symbiotically like a finely tuned F1 machine.

PVL ON TOUR CHANGES AND INNOVATIONS 🏐 The PVL has announced the following rule changes and innovations for this year's PVL on Tour. 🔸 Each winning team per game will win P100,000 while the losing team will receive P50,000. 🔸 All 14 players per team must have already played by the end of Set 2, with each player required to be part of at least three rallies. 🔸 The two-point Premier Ball, similar to the one used in the All-Star Game, will again be used in the PVL on Tour. Take a look at this shot from Shane Lowry... Why did he choose to hit the higher shot vs playing a bump & run or even putt it... This is the difference between the ELITE & the recreational player The recreational golfer is likely putting this or hitting a bump & run with a 7 iron, or even a 4 iron... Now, while this option COULD get the ball close, it's by far the harder option in this scenario The recreational golfer will play the low shot because it's "SAFE". By safe, I mean less chance to hit it fat or blade it across the green For the elite golfer, height is always easier. They usually don't have any issue achieving good contact with their short shots around the green, so in this case, Shane is able to take out all the undulations around this green & just land the ball on the green & using some spin to slow the ball down The harder shot to get the ball close here would be a shot that is running on the ground. There's too much undulation & the ball could hit a ton of bumps along the way which will affect distance control Any shot is possible to hit here... But there's typically a shot where you can get it close more often than not. It's about identifying what that shot is & having the skills to play it

The startup world runs on iMessage. The problem is, the Mac messages app is not designed for productivity and there’s no alternative online. If you’re responding to 100+ texts a day, it’s painful and messages get lost easily. As a weekend project, I used Fable to vibecode an AI-native iMessage wrapper. It has: - AI autodrafting that continually learns from your edits - Time sensitive message detection as a separate section - The ability to archive messages so you can get to inbox zero. It reads from the local chat.db on your Mac, and sends messages via AppleScript, so it’s fully secure since it still uses the iMessage protocol on your computer. At Trajectory, we’re all about using AI to accelerate our company as much as possible as possible, and natively bake in CL into all of our processes. This is just one example of how we operate. If there’s enough interest, I’ll clean up the code and send the GH link!

DON’T COACH THE MISTAKE. COACH THE INTENTION. ⚽️ A line to reflect on. Of course not always, but more than not often. There’s a powerful coaching lesson in something Pep Guardiola speaks about. During one difficult period for him the season before last, his approach was to demand more. Demand better. Challenge errors. Hold players accountable. But later, last season, the Pep Guardiola message evolved. As seen in this dressing room footage he told his players: It’s okay to lose the ball. It’s okay to make mistakes. There was just one condition: Make the mistake with conviction. In other words… If you’re going to attempt the pass, commit to it. If you’re going to make the decision, make it with 100% intention. Because there is a huge difference between: ❌ A mistake caused by hesitation, fear or lack of application. and ✅ A mistake that happens while a player is fully committed to doing the right thing. That distinction matters enormously for coaches. Too often we see the outcome: “He gave the ball away.” But before correcting the player, ask: What was the intention? Was the player trying to break a line? Trying to find the free player? Trying to play forward? Trying to exploit the space we’ve coached them to recognize? If the intention was right, the solution might not be changing the decision at all. The decision may be correct. The execution may simply need improving. And those require completely different coaching interventions. If we punish every mistake, eventually players stop taking responsibility. They stop experimenting. They stop seeing possibilities. As I always say, comps are never enough to judge a player (credit to Brazil Scout on YT / Brazil Scout on X), but this moment from Ifeanyi Ndukwe really caught my eye. For someone who’s close to 2 meters tall, the agility and footwork here are genuinely impressive. He bends his knees to drop his centre of gravity, adjusts his angle well, and crucially maintains a side-on stance instead of opening up. He stays on his toes for most of the sequence, only getting caught flat-footed right at the end. Even then, his reach compensates, allowing him to poke the ball away from distance. I remember watching his for Austria U17 vs Italy U17 a while back. He came on in the second half and didnt do a lot for me to note down, but his positioning and awareness were another strong qualities that I remember.

Yaxel Lendeborg missed three years of High School ball because of academic struggles He worked to improve his grades and was able to JUST make a team before the season ended, and performed well enough to make it to a community college, where he then became the NJCAA’s all-time leading rebounder He then transferred to UAB, where he became one of two players in Division I history to record over 600 points, 400 rebounds and 150 assists in a single season. The other player is Larry Bird. Afterwards, he transferred to Michigan and performed well enough to be a potential first rounder in the ‘25 draft But he stayed and wanted to build upon that legacy and lift up his draft stock even more. And he did just that, becoming a national champion and a potential lottery level draft pick. Yaxel’s story isn’t one that should be ridiculed. It should be one that’s praised — because worked hard at every level to get to where he’s at
