My latest: I went inside Turning Point USA's conference for conservative young women To get a sense of what I saw, watch this video of Charlie Kirk telling a 14-year-old in braces that she should only go to college to get an "MRS degree" Subscribe to my newsletter below ⬇️

TPUSA's Young Women's Leadership summit knits together the Make America Healthy Again Movement with rising currents of anti-feminism. The theme this year was "home sweet home"

Attendees listened to the glamorous, well-paid career women of the right-wing media tell them to stay home, live on a single income then have babies. Listen, if I was a parent and a grown man spoke to my 14-year-old that way, there would be problems.

The conference opened last Friday with Alex Clark, who said she's on a mission to make young women "thin, fertile, and conservative"

At one point, Kirk went on a rant against women who get married and have children after the age of 30 during a bizarre on-stage therapy session with his wife Erika. He is of course, speaking about his own employees, including Alex.

I went to YWLS to do research for my forthcoming book, and I spoke to over a dozen young conservative women. So much more in the Substack, please read, subscribe, and pledge your support for my work.

Every single data point by which we measure the health of a society, prosperity, crime, education, health, population growth, (and I would say reverence for God) is improved by people who get married young, stay married, and have lots of children.

Maybe he is trying to help her avoid becoming a fat, single, and childless shrill like yourself.

Apparently you did not listen to what he said. Typical of liberal to mislead and spread disinformation.

He’s a misogynistic asshole.

She literally raised her hand and said her goal was to get married and have kids. Why do you hate her for that?
