My message about the Seditious 6 calling for mass insubordination against the orders of Donald J. Trump by America's military members. I agree with Secretary of War Pete Hegseth that retired Navy CAPTAIN Mark Kelly should be investigated under Article 94 of the UCMJ.

Yes. Recall Kelly to active duty and charge him under Article 94-Mutiny or Sedition. Seditious or not, what Kelly and his 5 cohorts did was one of the most irresponsible acts ever undertaken by any politician. And Kelly is most culpable since, as a military officer, he should know better than to unnecessarily risk the well-being of any service member. The UCMJ defines the crime of disobeying an order under Article 92 and the Rules For Courts-Martial (R.C.M.) 916(d) – Defense of Obedience to Orders states: “The accused is not required to examine the order for legal sufficiency or to question its legality. An order is presumed to be lawful and is disobeyed at the peril of the subordinate.” The Six decided to counsel members of the military that “illegal orders“ need not be obeyed and to “not give up the ship” without any consideration for the legal risk and harm it could do to the military careers of their intended audience. Disobeying an order will most likely end in a court martial where the subordinate will have to prove the order was illegal. Let’s put aside for a moment that the military member’s career is essentially over at that point: they also face up to 2 years in prison if they lose at trial. They jeopardized every military members’ career to serve their own political purposes. If anything else, the video by the Six showed a wanton disregard for the well-being of military members and only served to unveil their views of the military as merely pawns in their ongoing political games. As for sedition, a court-martial is a great place for Kelly to explain himself.

In 2013, Mark Kelley came to Colorado to testify in favor of more gun laws. (In a state he doesn't live.) One of those bills, which would later become law, prohibited the sale of 30-round magazines. While in Colorado, Kelley bought two AR-style rifles, both with 30-round mags. The FFL recognized him and leaked this gun sale to the public. Kelley first claimed the rifles were for two police officer friends. 'Not my guns, these rifles are gifts!' It's was only after the public pointed out he made a strawman purchase did he admit he bought the rifles for himself. He is slimy. Mr. Hegseth, prosecute this one for the gun owners of Colorado.
