Registration and fingerprinting are inconsistent with our Constitutional liberties, and the NFA is an illegal poll tax used as a piggy bank for the federal government. My provision to eliminate the $200 tax on certain NFA items paves the way for dismantling the unconstitutional National Firearms Act.
