Well that’s the perk of my being a centrist. I understand a lot of differing political view points and because of this I can get along with a wide variety of different people given that they aren’t too extreme. As my politics have changed over the years I honestly noticed a positive increase in my feeling of security and happiness as I came closer to the center. When it comes to socialism, for me, my point of contention is with its illiberal aspects in practice but I’m not entirely opposed to all of its philosophical aspects. I’m actually a little bit of a social democrat when it comes to economics to be honest. I just don’t align with socialism culturally or practically.
