As someone who donates blood on a regular basis and an organ donor carrier it saddens me to see such selfishness on this issue. Would you refuse an organ or blood if you needed it? Far too few people donate.

Donating blood is different - it's not cutting your organs out. As far as blood donation- I would refuse Covid vaxxed blood yes. People are getting seriously ill with clots and cancers after taking that.

I don't trust the State with my organs

It wasn't so long ago a certain health authority denied you entry to pubs,clubs,restaurants & gyms because you wouldn't take an experimental vaccine. The very same people now want to take your organs when you die.They can fuck themselves. Opted out 🖕🏻

Think I'll just send an email to my next of kin telling them I want to opt out. Then they do take my organs against my wishes, maybe my family can sue em. Also, I might be paranoid, but I don't trust that this opt out list isn't going to be used by governments to target people they see as "far right malcontents". I don't really want a tax audit 😂

Hi, I appreciate your concerns, but I have to ask the obvious. Do you think having opted out, you should be eligible for receiving a donated organ, god forbid, if required.

It's about health CHOICE. I've chosen not to have mine cut out. many reasons including the diagnosis as "brain dead" has often been inaccurate. Also, they often harvest the organs when the heart still beats. For those who have - that's their CHOICE. It shouldn't be a case of - if you don't give you don't get. That is like saying anyone who hasn't donated blood should not get a transfusion.
