Respected @KapilSibal Sir, You are defending the "Judicial Coup" by Judiciary by Limiting the Power of President, and your arguments are flawed I want to say it Politely Sir. Few Questions : 1) Judiciary must understand their Limits as all are finally responsible to People of India, We the People. So they clearly crossed their Limits by doing things instead of doing their real work like doing Justice. 2 ) Recently in Jaipur Bomb blast case, after 17 years decision came with a compromise only, as 72 people killed like Dogs and 185 + were brutally injured and accused were given "life imprisonment" and accused were smiling and laughing. If such Terrorists will be be hanged than who will be hanged ? Why it takes 17 years ? If Supreme Court will think to fix a time line for such duty ? Or they busy giving sermons to @rashtrapatibhvn 3) Recently i read , there was one Fake structure of Majar etc in Allahabad HC and HC ordered to remove in 3 months and Waqf board gone to Supreme Court and they Given order to remove after 21 years ? If they are thinking to fix any limit on such Mockery of Justice ? 4) Recently one 20 years Gang Rape Accused in Mathura Court first declared as 14 years Juveline by "favours" and later given Bail. It's a clear case of Corruption but we don't know where to complain against Such corrupt Judges ? They are doing Such corruption with Impunity. Who is responsible ? 5) Once when I gone to inquiry about our case Politely, one ADGC openly in court nearly manhandled me and there is no CCTV cameras in Courts ? Why ? Who will ask for such transparency ? 6) @VPIndia Shri Jagdeep Dhankar rightly express the Agony of common People our Nation while you are trying hard to Defend the Indefensible. That must Stop. Respected @KapilSibal Sir, The historical reference you cited pertains to the Supreme Court reviewing the legality of a President’s action, not to when the President is permitted to act. There’s a clear distinction between the two, and as a senior and esteemed lawyer, you are certainly aware of it. With due respect, the Supreme Court cannot direct the President on when to act; it can only review and strike down actions that violate the Constitution. Neither Article 142 nor any other constitutional provision grants the Court the authority to dictate the timing of presidential actions. It is also quite evident that you strongly oppose the current government, and at times, this seems to influence your support even for those who may not be in the right.
