This one is an idiot! Imagine a BA graduate who studied for 3 years and probably sits behind a desk for 8 hours doing nothing, being paid the same as a medical intern who studied 6+ years and runs an entire hospital. Next time, vote wisely!

I thought you should raise the earning level of all others to match the highest, not vice versa. Consider your pay or allowances being reduced - what would you do?
