Claude Tag has completely changed the way I do work for the last 4 months. Except… it's not Claude Tag. Anthropic only announced that a few hours ago, and I don't even have access yet. But I did build a version of it for myself which I've been using for months now. Here's how. 4 months ago, inspired by the success of OpenClaw, I wondered what would happen if I let Claude Code on its own computer 24x7. So I built a simple harness that allowed me to turn any Mac into an AI employee with Claude Code headless mode (-p). Today, I manage 3 such AI employees. It started with Luo Ji — my and my brother Piyush Agarwal's AI co-founder, running in our personal Slack. Luo does real work for us. We've been writing a 100% of the code for 3 products on Slack with Luo now. It manages our emails and gives us a little brief each day with things we need to take action on. And so much more. And it's not just the two of us. On the consulting team at Every 🪨, we run Claudie and for the editorial team, Andy. Same architecture, same Slack, months of real work. They help the teams with work related to project management, chief-of-staff work, data hygiene, building decks, writing first drafts, even browsing X on their own account for AI updates. So it's mindblowing to see that Anthropic landed on the exact same architecture I did. Claude Tag is an AI employee that lives in your Slack workspace and does work autonomously. Anthropic says they've been running it internally for the better part of this year — opening PRs, doing real work. And so have I. So has my whole team. The architectural decisions Anthropic baked into Claude Tag are the ones we arrived at too: - Built on Claude Code - Uses its own accounts - A separate employee per team - Slack as the interface This is the future of work, and I've been living it for months. I've shifted all of my workflows — code, PRs, even the non-technical stuff — out of Claude Code and the Claude app and into Slack. I've had entire weeks where I never opened Claude Code on my laptop. Loop engineering is great until something breaks. Here is how I improve the reliability of my agentic loops. I use human-in-the-loop (HITL). It's easy and extremely effective. Anyone can build this. My setup: I recorded a quick demo of how it all works. I shared recently that I now use more voice agents to build and communicate with agents. I also use them to verify. I hate the idea of being tied down to my computer or in a Slack channel to communicate with my agents. Here is what I have done to streamline communication with my agents. All my Claude and Codex agent sessions now use the Dial MCP server. It has a bunch of tools and provisions my agents with their own number that can place calls as native tools, with voice, SMS, and iMessage behind one interface. As my loops/automations work on PRs and new features, my agents escalate decisions to me via a short phone call. This is extremely useful when I am on the road or away from my desk. My whole company runs on skills I bundled into a GitHub repo. Here's how to build the same thing for your team: - Put your skills in a GitHub repo - Get Claude to write the couple of JSON files that make it readable as a plugin - In Claude Code, type /plugin, go to marketplaces, add marketplace, paste your repo URL - Split the plugins by department, so your copywriter isn't installing the finance skills It works in Codex too. I've got the same team skills installed there and I use them the same way. Now when I build something like my Notion formatting skill, I add it to the repo and it lands on everyone's Claude and Codex. If someone wrecks a skill, we roll it back to an older version. The key is enabling auto-update, so when someone improves a skill everyone benefits. I don't have a clue how the JSON works. I got Claude to set the whole thing up for me. Start with one skill and before you know it your whole team will be AI pilled.

A lot of you have asked, how am I training my digital twin? The AI version of me is being fed a lot of data — my principles, books, interviews, and more. That way, it can think through things on its own, and respond the way I would likely respond. I’m also going through a manual process of checking the answers it’s giving to see if it’s what I would actually say. I’m thankful to have great people helping me in that process, as it requires a lot of effort. I hope you’ll try it out at the link below and let me know what you think.

My first book publishes today. It has nothing to do with hardcore finance or bitcoin, but everything to do with self-improvement, constant learning, and living the life you want. The book, which is titled How To Live An Extraordinary Life, is a compilation of 65 letters to my children on various life lessons I have picked up over the years. I never had an intention to write a book, but as I started writing these letters in private it struck me that many other people could benefit from these insights. The beauty of the book is that each letter is the product of a mistake I made, a piece of advice someone gave to me, or an experience I lived through over the years. You will learn lessons about money, investing, work, relationships, health, and happiness. None of the ideas are my own — I had to live my life and rely on people much smarter than me to teach me all of this information.
