My reverse hyper l purchased from Louie in 1994. In 2000, l modified the pendulum arm. Cut out a section of the arm & replaced with chain. Total game changer. Got the idea from Lou as well. After all these yrs it still delivers. Great QL builder.

We’ve got another 10 days in this arm brace. Preston Lobliner has a fractured growth plate that he sustained at wrestling practice the day after winning state. Great news that it wasn’t worse! We haven’t missed a beat. He has gotten all of his workouts in and is doing a modified 5/3/1 split but doing it with one arm. Why one arm? Because it will make the other one stronger as well. A meta-analysis in The Journal of Sports Medicine found that unilateral resistance training leads to neural adaptations that carry over to the untrained side. This is called the cross-education effect. Hopefully this helps everyone understand why we are doing this!

Since torque is a product of force and moment arm, we can increase torque in the golf swing by either pushing against the ground with more force or pushing further away from the center of rotation. Think about pushing a heavy door open. The further you push from the hinges, the easier it is to move the door. You’ve increased the “moment arm.” Increasing force is a gym intervention. Here's a robotic welding cell I designed and built for a run of 20,000 parts. The customer contracted me to build the system using dual arm Fanuc robots, Lincoln welders. I designed and built the 3 axis servo ferris wheel positioner, as well as the fixtures and tooling in my shop. The customer purchased the system after the part run was completed.
