Amazed at how many people believe you must allow someone to force their vehicle in between you and the car in front of you when you are already tailgating and technically illegally close. This vehicular rapist got what he deserved.

Couldn't have happened to a nicer person cutting in! My safe distance is not your merging space

I'm not sure purposely causing an accident on the bay bridge is something that should be promoted? Both drivers could've very easily left earth because of dudes pride.

judging by how normal this looks for him im guessing he does this daily

Uber driver with Tourettes picks up a passenger with Tourettes 🤣❤️

It’s amazing how many people are defending the black truck 😂

This is the first accident without an accident.

That’s basically attempted murder, right? He could’ve just slowed down, but instead went full PIT maneuver on purpose.

That’s not a restroom sir 🤡

😶🌫️

People like this are the worst. Someone getting in front of you will slow you down a whole 20 seconds. Both people deserve to get ticketed, gaining or losing a few seconds in your commute is not worth putting your own or someone else's life at risk

Elderly man almost crashes the car after falling asleep and blames an imaginary driver 🤣

Bro once had fucks to give but at this point has ran out…

Unbothered and moisturised, staying in his lane 😂

anyone who doesn’t think the black truck is at fault here is the problem just bc you *want* to move over doesn’t mean you *get* to move over it doesn’t matter if you are bad a depth perception or a psychotic risk taker or whatever — merge only when you have the space!

Legally, the truck merging MUST yield. The autos maintaining their lane have NO LEGAL responsibility to yield. That said, hurting someone or damage to property is NOT worth the risk for either. BOTH drivers exercised POOR judgement

The drivers fast reflexes saved this girl from severe injury

Homeowner shows how people bump into his gate

Bro got some next level driving skills.

🤣🤣 I love how he keeps eating. Just "I don't think so, buddy" *takes another bite*

U.S. traffic fatalities would drop by 50% if people understood basic lane discipline. If you’re in the left lane and paralleling the car next to you at a constant speed, YOU are the problem. It doesn’t matter what the speed limit is or how little you care about other people’s safety; if there’s a line of cars piled up behind you, MOVE OVER.

Wtf was that lel

First of all this guy could have easily avoided that. The truck was being a jerk, but he ensured there would be an accident. On the flip side, it really pisses me off when I have to keep slowing down for people to merge into my safe-distance. I’m going the same exact speed as the vehicles in front of me! Some people just can’t stand to see a gap and think that a safe-distance is keeping them from getting somewhere. So f’ing dumb.

Truck guy needs to learn how to use the brake pedal, and not force his way in. FAFO

If this guy were smart that dash came would have been deep in the river. Apparently this clip made it to the internet which means he kept the evidence of his hit and run.

Fault lies with the POV car. Look into "last clear chance." They had an obvious and clear possibility of avoiding the accident, and purposefully did not do that -- even speeding up to close the distance. Then, they uploaded it to the internet thinking they'd be in the clear. oops.

It’s crazy how a simple merge can turn total strangers into sworn enemies for a few seconds. Why does traffic bring out the absolute worst in people

I feel like both of them are in the wrong. But like the dude in the red shirt could have avoided the accident by slowing down. So he is more in the wrong.

The obese man driving will likely face attempted murder charges, hit and run and probably risks having his license revoked. I hope he gets lock away for life.

It actually is though. Half the reason for the safe space is so that everyone has a safe space to merge. That being said, he was only like 3 car lengths max, and closing in on about 1 car length (when he should have been about 7 going 70), so there wasn't a "safe" distance, meaning it was unsafe for that guy to try to merge into such a small gap.

And seriously, the driver of the car in who spun him is a prick. Just couldn't slow down a second and let him in right? Instead he wrecks the guy's truck. You know the guy in the truck was going to do one of two things, get in the trunk of the idiot in the white car and force him to pull over, or go back to the right lane. The whole issue here, the whole problem, is the guy in the white car.

This blinker don't mean I want over honey it means I'm coming over

Dude tries to race Porche and finds out.

The problem here is the guy in the white car camping in the left lane

This cookie eatin' moron should lose his license. It's not NASCAR. You drive defensively, looking out for the other guy. It's not your job to "punish" a mistake or even rudeness. Your job is to get there safely along with everyone else. What a dope.
