The Best Year of My Life A year of goodbyes and new beginnings. A very emotional & unforgettable one. So grateful for everything tennis gave me (and still does), but at the same time super excited to build new things, start new projects and keep building the life of my dreams. Poor little soul! 😱 Last night at 2am, the storm blew this sick little vixen into my garden. She is suffering from #mange and has lost almost all the fur from her brush. She has many bare patches and will be feeling very itchy, uncomfortable and thirsty. Because she has no more cosy brush to wrap around herself to keep her warm, she will be feeling cold. 😑 The worst thing about her situation is that she is pregnant, so if she does not get treated quickly, the parasitic mites that cause mange will not only spread all over her body and emaciate her, but they will also migrate onto her new-born cubs. The race is on against time to get her treated as soon as possible. I will do a night watch tonight in the hope that she will return at the same time and I get to feed her a medicated piece of chicken. 👁 Please keep your fingers and paws crossed for her!🤞 Your donations enable me to purchase more live-saving mange treatments: Thank you for your support! 🙏🐾💞

Vitamin D - a supplement most people are told is healthy to take. But what if I told you that what is in these capsules is NOTHING to do with what your body naturally produces? An irradiated chemical slop mix that is sold as a sun replacement... however they are not at all equivalent to the compouds that are released in the body. We will go in a few hours to the doctor to have my daughter Rafif examined, and despite the difficult conditions in Khan Younis, we will go to check on her. Our lives are constantly in danger, and even when we go to receive medical treatment, our lives are at risk at any moment. 🙏 Keep Rafif in your hearts and prayers. Happy anniversary to one of my most cherished and most favorite games of all time. Final Fantasy IV. ✨ This game is so good. A bit of an emotional post for me. I’ve lost very important people in my life. Have lost loved ones and recently my soul dog. Life has been rough and it’s been a struggle. This series has helped me so much with my emotions and keeping those dear to me close to my heart. When I play Final Fantasy IV (every year) I think of my oldest brother who passed away 2 years ago. This game means so much more to me now because of the goodbye. I’ll always cry at the end of FFIV and I’ll never forget my brother. Stay strong out there. 🙏🫶🏼 Find that reminder and passion that will always make you cherish your loved ones and make that your strength to keep pushing forward… because this is what Final Fantasy means to me. Romanian Deadlift cues/tips ⬇️ 1) Keep chest up and imagine you’re trying to push your arse towards the wall behind you. 2) It’s all in the hips (Imagine hands are full as you try to close the door behind you with your arse) 3) Control your eccentric enough so you enter the “lengthened” range of your hamstrings/glutes in control…don’t just drop into it. 4) Use loads that’s appropriate to do the above…don’t turn this into a partial conventional deadlift. 5) You’ll need straps at some point as your posterior chain strength will far outpace your grip strength. A movement that takes time/practice for everyone in my experience.
