NDC Northwest Zonal Vice Chairman, Bakin Zuwo, has endorsed HE Atiku Abubakar’s plans to restore the fuel subsidy and reopen Nigeria’s borders. He said: “As long as you are not among the oppressors, you must praise HE Atiku Abubakar.
