My English definitely has a Nigerian intonation, but what did you expect? For the past 18 years I have been speaking English at home with someone that was born and brought up in Nigeria. It’s not about pretending to be someone I am not, it’s just allowing myself to be who I have become.

🦊 What I definitely realized this time is that I’ve forgotten a lot of English, and that I’m really lacking 🦊 I’m really not good at it. My pronunciation just sounds somewhat convincing but my grammar is lacking, my vocabulary is lacking too.
