My thoughts on ANI controversy

Absolutely right. Ani का तरीका गलत है लेकिन उनका प्वाइंट गलत नहीं है आप अगर किसका एक्सक्लूसिव कॉन्टेंट use करते है तो यू should pay. आप किसका एक्सक्लूसिव कॉन्टेंट use करके पैसा कमा रहें है तो आप की जिम्मेदारी बनती है कि आप उसे pay करें। लेकिन ani का तरीका ज्यादा ही harsh है।

Agree with you in USA similar thing happened and American creators out pressure on YouTube to implement it's policy better. I don't see you or anyone putting pressure on YouTube to change such policies. As you said today it is ANI tomorrow it will be someone else

We as a country should recognise and respect IP rights. Had the content creator in question wasn’t monetising his videos where he has used the clips it would have been ‘fair use’ of copyright but otherwise it’s an infringement

Welcome to the real world. Indians have had this habit of copying stuff or using anything pirated or for free for a very long time. In the west & US you can end up in jail or go bankrupt just for the costs associated with such stuff. We don't take intellectual property seriously.
