Jo Adell is hitting .303 with 10 HR against LHP. Expect him to hit .230 against RHP but with a ton of power. He has a .919 OPS against LHP since 2025.

Yup...added the numbers after recording the initial reax. Will be interesting to see how many times a week he starts.

@TalkinBaseball_ Add in at bats vs accumulated WAR and Jo Adell is one of the worst players of all time. Maybe Guardians unlock something but watching him play every day is painful.

Adell has one of the highest velocities off the bat. Halos U11 manager, Suzuki, crapped all over the lineup and misplaced Adell all season. He’ll lead the AL in HR in the not so distant future. Cleveland got a steal.

He’s a LHP masher and RISP masher. You don’t want him up vs RHP with a runner on 1st or less.

If the numbers against LHP hold then we can stomach a few occasional starts against RHP, strong move considering the glut of catching in the system

Well, you *can* complain (tens of thousands do), but it won't do you any good.

He's putting together very solid ABs in big spots. Underrated part of his game.
