I think the best thing for Trump to do is let Biden talk. The longer he talks is when the gaffes start, then he begins to get unraveled. So I'm sure CNN will give Biden the questions ahead of time, and they will continue using talking points and labeling like they always do.

I agree. I sure wish Biden could be checked really well for an earpiece because I think someone will be helping him with answers. Of course he will know questions ahead of time so the commentators will likely help him too. Even juiced up, he'll need help justifying his policies.

Judge Jeanine if the Moderators or Joe Biden bring up anything about Trump’s court case calling him a convicted felon how will Trump be able to defend himself since he’s under a gag order? The case is over but I think they kept the gag order in place to prevent Trump response.

Just stick to the facts. It's not a judicial pity party. Answer the questions you want asked, not necessarily the biased panel is asking. Do the rules state that both parties will be asked the same questions? This way the biased panel will not go to the felony questions.

Trump and his lawyers have seen the evidence for the Jan 6 trial. It has Republicans that were in the WH testifying under oath. None of it was destroyed. There's a reason Trump wants immunity. He's guilty AF.
