The quotes you mentioned at the end suggest one side can never be reasoned with, that their hate for Jews > than anything. " If the Palestinians laid down their weapons there would be peace." " If the Israelis laid down their weapons there would be a massacre." " Peace will come when the Arab's will love their children more than they hate us." I think most people would listen to these quotes and think they are very one sided and biased towards Muslims. - Clearly written by a Jewish person.. Well.. Maybe i'd think the same as well without having some real life experience/conversations i'm about to share. I worked with a few Muslim guys in Alberta, I'd consider them very nice people on the surface.. we shared laughs, one gentlemen's wife worked with us as well and she prepared some nice meals and they were very tasty. I guess you'd say i befriended them... as they would have never said this to my other coworkers.. they trusted me clearly to share this.. So we're relaxing in the vehicle one night, and we start talking about life.. a bunch of random topics.. And in that he says to me " Dwayne, you know what the biggest problem in the world is today?" I can't remember what my reply was.. However he looks at me and says.. "The jews Dwayne" Then went on a rant as to why.. both him and my other co-worker.. This guy was from Jordan, and the other guy from Morocco. That moment sticks out to me as so crazy because these guys are considered moderates, here in canada.. working with his wife, raising their kids, goto church etc.. Generally friendly people.. however clearly a deep hatred for Jews, and to share that with me.. Chilling. Now obviously i'm not saying all Muslims feel this way so don't attack me.. but the fact i heard these words with my own ears. Gave me some real insight into a view i didn't possess before.

There are a number of UN resolutions that Israel has been accused of violating. One of the most notable is UN Security Council Resolution 242, which was passed in 1967 after the Six-Day War. The resolution calls for Israel to withdraw from all territories that it occupied during the war, in exchange for secure and recognized borders. Israel has refused to comply with Resolution 242, and has continued to build settlements in the occupied territories. The settlements are considered illegal by the UN, and are seen as a major obstacle to peace in the region. Another UN resolution that Israel has been accused of violating is UN Security Council Resolution 2334, which was passed in 2016. The resolution condemns Israeli settlement building in the occupied territories, and calls on Israel to cease all settlement activity. Israel has also been accused of violating UN resolutions on the blockade of Gaza, and on the use of force against Palestinians. The Israeli government has defended its actions, arguing that they are necessary to ensure the security of the country. However, the UN and the international community have condemned Israel's violations of UN resolutions, and have called on Israel to comply with international law. In 2021, the International Criminal Court (ICC) opened an investigation into alleged war crimes committed by both Israeli and Palestinian forces in the occupied territories. The Israeli government has condemned the ICC investigation, and has refused to cooperate with it. The UN resolutions that Israel has been accused of violating are: UN Security Council Resolution 242 (1967) UN Security Council Resolution 2334 (2016) UN General Assembly Resolution 67/19 (2012) UN Human Rights Council Resolution 16/13 (2011) UN General Assembly Resolution 62/161 (2007) The Israeli government's response to these accusations has been to deny any wrongdoing and to argue that the resolutions are biased against Israel.

I would add another poignant quote from the great Abba Evan, friend of Lebanon’s Charles Malik and co-author alongside him of the UN’s Universal Déclaration of Human Rights: “The Palestinians never miss an opportunity to miss an opportunity…”

Though I love you Dr. Saad but your msg is very conflicting! My prayers goes out to every innocent being that is stuck in these power battles. Weather it is in the name of peace, war, massacre or love for all children. Thank you & God bless us all.

My heart aches for the people of Israel. May God protect them from the devils that seek to destroy them.

“If the Palestinians put down their weapons (in other words: accept that they have been robbed of their lands, history, and their dignity) there would be peace”… it does not sound like a very lucrative offer to me. Israel will have to do better than that.

Maybe, just maybe, you start from the indiscriminate application of laws, rights, resolutions, killing innocents and return what does not belong to you and then you can demand something from others
