Most of the countries outside of America have already learned their lesson with communism. It’s different in America where we’ve historically been so far from it that we’ve never truly had to confront it, and therefore, probably never properly conceptualized it. I have hoped for a while that America will not have to learn this lesson the hard way, but today makes it seem like it’s unavoidable. A lot of peoples’ worlds got rocked today.
