I used to listen to brown noise on Spotify to help me sleep. It made it to my wrapped playlist, but it also used to really worry me when I was driving and forgot that I had it on overnight. "What's that noise? Do I need to get the car looked at? Is it going to be expensive?"

One of my top albums this year was “calming music for anxious cats” because I got a second cat in July and sat in a room with her for like, 3 hours after I brought her home, playing that music and trying to coax her out from under the bed. 😅
