Sir, very good point raised. But it should be noted that even ppl vaccinated against rabies, have also died due rabies. Despite claims of rabies being 100% fatal, there is no way to check rabies from saliva in live dog. Chennai dog cud b tested as it was dead due to stoning 1/4

@Humanetoanimals Thank you for continuing to raise the issue of stray dog terror. However, please note that contrary to what you said in your intervention, citizens' demand is for draconian ABC Rules to be scrapped. The issue is of safety of children and citizens at large.

These are the demands that citizens have: 1. Ban terrorist orgs like PFA 2. Scrap ABC Rules 3. Suspend @Dept_of_AHD & AWBI 4. NO forcing people to feed stray dogs 5. STOP land encroachment fr making feeding points 6. ALL dogs to be on leash in public places #SayNoToStrayDogTerror
