The project I was asked to write for was referred to as “Project FMI” (“Foreign Malign Influence”). I was told the NSC point of contact was Shawn Chenoweth, Director of Cognitive Advantage at the National Security Council. In a recent interview, Chenoweth explains that “political victory is the one that matters” when describing the goal of “cognitive advantage.” He continues, stating it is getting “human beings [to take] behaviors favorable to outcomes to national objectives,” adding: “those are what we are driving to get.” All documents pertaining to this story located here:

Man, I don't want to get too carried away, but here were all of Saquon's runs in the final 20 minutes of a one-score game and this Cowboys front was really sound and physical as a group. This is what 8 carries for 11 yards looks like.
