For those who fail to know, Lagos is not even in the top 5 best cities in Africa despite being the commercial centre for the most populous Black Country in the world. If all the generated revenue & humongous loans in the last 25 years were managed by those who truly know their onions or not on a leash (controlled by ONE PARTY fa), Lagos should be rivalling Cape Town and a true template for all other states & the country as a whole.
