I always liked Poha as simple Kanda Or Kanda Bateta poha with Dash of Lemon and Farsan sometimes. I tried this version once but didn't enjoy 🙂

Kashi talkies ki bhasha mein kahe toh, as simple as kanda pohe garnished with nimbu & kothimbir that you get in Maharashtra. Why this Nagpur guys are behaving like Indore wala? Why they complicate poha by adding tarri, ratlami sev, samosa and what not...
