Jump before the rocket goes off while sliding (release slide key as you jump bc sliding stops you from being able to rocket jump)

@Kheryn_ you don't have to release crouch cos as soon as you're in the air the game says you're no longer sliding

@Kheryn_ it’s just slightly more consistent to get in the habit of releasing imo bc it gives you a safety net in case you fuck the jump timing up so you can’t ever accidentally not launch yourself is all

Danny can dive into those rooms or stack 2 strix missiles on top of each other in there and kill you, definitely don’t go in there unless you’ve got team mates already in route to save you 😂

ye ye, going into the closet under walker would be a dumb idea lmao Just pay attention to your surroundings, I know he's a new element but using doorways and tunnels instead of running to walker for cover will save you way more often.

and whats the counterplay then? Mina's 2 can be slowing hex'd, Danny's 2 can't. can't even shoot him to death as you went out of distance for most guns in about 2 seconds

Yes it can, if he gets slowing hexd he explodes in the air and stuns himself, he can’t dive. Slowing hex also stops him from rocket jumping, I’ve got almost 50 games on Danny so far and he’s very easily counter bought vs lol

Slowing hex doesn’t stop him from using his jet pack, BUT it’s only really useful for verticality and if he overheats he’s forced to detonate in the air is what I mean.

It’s actually crazy the skill disparity in fighting a good and bad Danny it feels like you have to get lucky even touching him when he gets half health lol
