Houses sit a few meters off that Baba Dogo culvert, and haul access along the bank looks like a dirt track. On a river still running through the neighborhood, temporary diversion and dewatering sit on the critical path — that's the schedule risk on this site.

Serikali itakua ya mama mboga, watu wa mkokoteni, watu wa pikipiki na ma hustler. True to his word the cabinet appointments reflect that.

Commendable but we need to wake up and up our game. Tanzania just built a 2,115MW Dam. Ethiopia recently launched Dam has a 5,150MW capacity. Why can't we heavily tap in our 10,000 MW Geothermal potential? We've been politicking for too long. Other nations are not wasting time.
