Herbert ice cold. Still throws a laser

Achilles unfortunately

Achilles…the classic false step back to pop it.

Turf is killing these guys

They need to get rid of the turf. The NFL is worried about unpreventavle head Injuries that cost a player 1-2 weeks, when they should be worried about non co tact turf injuries that cost a player an entire year!

Worthless ass plastic grass claims another victim!

torn achilles….never negative step

The false step has been popping so many Achilles over the last few years. Greenlaw, Harris, Haliburton, Dame, Tatum off the top of my head all had their Achilles torn from the false step

They need to teach in strength & conditioning for athletes to never do that negative step. And for all sports, not just football. So many Achilles torn that way.

Training going forward needs to teach to not do that step back before accelerating. The correlation with that step and Achilles injuries has to wildly high

Oh stop it with the turf monster thing. In the 70’s and 80’s players played on concrete spray pained green and called it astroturf. The players now are over training their bodies

Artificial turf injury..that shit should be outlawed but they can’t . The league is obsessed with multi billion dollar closed roof stadiums that have to have turf..unless your Arizona and Las Vegas

ahhhh man. that sucks . Prayers up

How to uncoach the negative step…

I don’t remember the injuries happening at near the frequency when it was natural turf back in the day. I could be wrong. Bc of social media: I’m not saying they never happened… I’m talking frequency of it occurring.

@JaceOSweet always on the negative step. Every time.

Russ throwing the ball away on 4th and goal, while Herbert is making clean passes while getting pistol whipped by Najee’s Achilles Give me Dart or give me death

Turf is NOT what is causing the rash of Achilles Heel (AH) injuries. Players are too muscular, and the AH is notoriously bad for blood flow. We were NEVER intended to carry the amount of mass muscle NFL players carry. As a result, joints like the ACL/PCL/MCL & AH fail.

Achilles pop

Hop over the achilles tear play action pass What a play design by the chargers

That’s not possible, he wasn’t on my Fantasy Team..

Turf

😬 Hate to see this!

Non-contact is bad way to end the season

The turf definitely doesn’t help but it’s not the sole issue. It’s happening in the NBA too. When the players start to run they take a step back first. That backwards step is causing the achilles tears

Is achillies the old ACL? Sure is happening more and more these days. Is there too much training these days leading to these injuries?

This is.... BAD.

Achilles pop is what that is

That's terrible. I hope his recovery goes very well 🙏

@JR3_Cyco vaxxed?

Turf sucks

Long Covid connective tissue disease It's everywhere I speak from experience

Guys slipping on fake field turf blowing out knees and achilles.

NFL makes so much money and still refused to get rid of turf

Sometimes stuff just tears. Ever sneeze too hard and throw your back out?
