This is a good job describing how I feel about C.J. Stroud right now from Stay Hot: A Sports Podcast. He’s a really good QB with flaws under pressure & the Texans FO/Staff have essentially ignored that adding WR/RB talent instead. He needs to be better managing pockets and that takes some time but I think there has been improvement and I expect it to get better for him.
