A biker was carrying two helmets. He was wearing one helmet and the other helmet was hanging in his hand. Most people will blame police here. But this biker is clearly wrong in this situation. If you want to carry extra helmet then put it in a bag and carry that bag on your back. Hanging a helmet or any other stuff on your hand while riding a bike can be dangerous.
