Oh my god! That was such a treat to watch Nancy play one of my favorite songs— and memories of her version played at Comiskey back in the day, watching it from behind her little glass booth at the park. Thanks for sharing this— a perfect request. Wiping tears of joy from my eyes!

I listened to the episode, I think a throwback night is needed to restore the soul of this team.

Three keyboards, foot pedals, and a drum machine handled with aplomb. ⚾️🎹👑

I was a beer vendor at the park in 1988 and 1989 - I remember so we early as the gates just opened she would play Michael Jackson Man in the Mirror - will never forget how beautifully the beginning of the song echoed through the still mostly empty stands!

Typical tone deaf White Sox getting rid of her in the first place. This org really makes it as hard as possible to stay a fan.

I remember Nancy playing this tune at Sox games back in the day

This is when baseball was fun. Comiskey Park and its 440 foot bombs to CF that only Dick Allen and Jim Rice could reach. Remembering Amos Otis reaching into the crowd trying to take our "Welcome annual pennant chokers" sign.
