A man who says he was the person of interest being questioned in the kidnapping of Nancy Guthrie has been released. The man, who only wants to be identified as Carlos, said he was detained after a traffic stop. Carlos said he was shocked when he was pulled over and didn't know who Guthrie is. We cannot help you.” She said they later found the man who did it. He faced seven charges, but the police refused to arrest him. At the time, the Tucson Police Department was a year behind in processing felony arrests that did not involve firearms. Nancy Guthrie With Porch Guy apparently surveilling and planning his attack since at least January 11, what does that tell the FBI? *Definitely targeted. But was his target chosen because of information from someone who knew Nancy and her house, or did they get onto Nancy through Savannah? To me, that's the look of someone who already knows he's been caught and knows he is looking at some heavy federal charges and time, who to me, is definitely a flight risk, or suicide watch, especially if he doesn't get out in front of it, which he obviously isn't.
