He then spoke to Sheriff outside. He said “he looked at his calender & something slapped him across the face”. He lives about 12 miles away. He says after seeing the family statement & them asking the public to focus on JANUARY 11th, he said he remembered something! He said “that day JAN 11th, he had an open house, & 2 of his neighbours called him about a suspicious & creepy guy”. He says the next day his other neighbour told him again about it. He said the Real Estate agent is Habitation Reality.
