I've never been through any of this, but I instinctively say and do things that strike these nerves without intention and without realizing it. Some of the sensations you mention I've also had, but in perfectly normal situations. Feeling your head being made into compartments is the one that struck me. My grandfather was a naval intelligence officer in WW2, and my father was sent to a youth asylum/boarding school for difficult children. Before he died, he drove me to the place and showed it to me. I don't know what it was, but he was trying to tell me something.

Thank you for telling us. I’m so mad they did this to you and so many others and continue to with impunity. We all have so many similarities.

Gina, you are doing an amazing job telling your story. I’m a survivor of much less cruel abuse, but abuse, just the same. If ever you want to talk, text or email I’m all in. Any time day or night. Someone had told me color codes long ago but I have forgotten. Red was like punishment, and he said that was why they were having Red fundraisers like to punish Trump. Something was an end code.
