Y’all, MULTIPLE TIMES throughout the video the white lady & border patrol mention this is NOT at a border crossing but some point that is within 100 miles of a border crossing. Again, THIS WAS NOT AT A BORDER CROSSING. It was a checkpoint in the US WITHIN 100 miles of the border. So.... Border Patrol can have checkpoints up to 100 miles from our actual border. Drive through west Texas and Southern New Mexico, you'll hit a border patrol checkpoint. They will ask you your citizenship. This has been in place for decades....

Just in — Border Patrol released a video announcing the arrest of an illegal alien who recently protested outside the ICE facility in Portland. Jesus Calletano, of Mexico, had mocked ICE agents in a video, saying “don’t try to stop me because I’m not going to leave.” Border Patrol agents conducted an operation using air systems and arrested Calletano. He is now in ICE custody pending removal from the United States.

ICE/Border Patrol agents are now in Columbus, Ohio, and on video an agent explicitly threatens to assault and arrest a woman for the “crime” of observing them. In the clip, the agent says: “Is there a reason you’re following us? Are you lost? I don’t care if you’re recording. This is your one warning. If you follow us again, we’re going to stop you, break your window, rip you out, and arrest you.” Let’s be crystal clear: recording law enforcement in public is legal. Observing officers in a public space is legal. Threatening to break someone’s window, forcibly remove them from their car, and arrest them with no lawful basis is criminal intimidation and abuse of power. This is not “border security.” This is federal agents trying to terrorize civilians into silence.

Tribal leadership has been desperately trying to locate them. No charges. No transparency. No confirmation of where they are being held. Just federal agents grabbing unhoused Native men and refusing to account for them. If this were about undocumented immigrants, tribal members wouldn’t be on the list. If this were about “criminals,” tribal governments wouldn’t be searching for their own people like they’ve been abducted.
