4 mistakes I avoided that helped me build this natural physique. Building an impressive natural physique is hard. But if you make these 4 mistakes, you’re making it unnecessarily harder. 1. Cutting too early If you’re only 1–2 years into training, stop thinking about getting shredded. Your first few years should be heavily focused on building muscle. Because when you eventually get lean, you need enough muscle underneath the fat to actually look like a bodybuilder. Otherwise, you’re not going to look “shredded.” You’re just going to look like a skinny guy with abs. Build the muscle first. Then reveal it. 2. Starting your deficit too aggressively The biggest mistake I see is people immediately slashing calories. Don’t. Start with the smallest deficit that produces a measurable response. Give your body time to respond. If fat loss slows or stalls, then intervene. You don’t need to go from maintenance straight into starvation mode just because you’re impatient. 3. Treating 1.6 g/kg of protein as a universal rule 1.6 g/kg can be perfectly adequate in many situations. But it isn’t a magic ceiling. As you become leaner and the deficit becomes more aggressive, I prefer to progressively increase protein to improve the odds of retaining maximum lean mass. In some of my deeper cuts, I go as high as ~3 g/kg. And I never stop training hard. Because during a deficit, your primary objective isn't to build as much muscle as possible. It is to retain as much of the muscle you worked so hard to build. Protein and resistance training are your insurance policy. If calories need to come down further, I would rather make those reductions predominantly from carbohydrates and fats while keeping dietary fat at a sensible minimum. 4. Thinking “I need to eat less” before thinking “Can I move more?” This is probably the biggest one. Before dropping calories again, ask: Can I increase my steps? Can I add some cardio? Can I improve my sleep and recovery? Can I increase energy expenditure without unnecessarily reducing food? There is more than one way to create an energy deficit. Calories are a tool. They shouldn't always be your first lever. Avoid these four mistakes and your chances of building an impressive natural physique go up dramatically. Build the muscle. Cut strategically. Protect the muscle. And don't confuse suffering with progress. Want to build muscle at 30, 35, 40, 50+? DM me. I’ll help you build it strategically.

Who is next? This AI Video is absolutely insane Seedance 2.5 on DomoAI official prompt Resolution: 4K, 60fps Style: Ultra-photorealistic Korean action-drama cinematography, realistic live-action performances, fast-paced physical combat, natural daylight, dynamic handheld camera movement. SETTING A modern South Korean high school during daytime. A long, straight corridor with large rectangular windows along the left wall, beige classroom walls, wooden-framed glass classroom doors along the right, polished light-gray floors reflecting sunlight, white fluorescent ceiling lights, green exit signs, and red fire extinguishers positioned against the walls. Bright natural afternoon sunlight enters through the windows, creating strong rectangular patches of light across the corridor floor. Green trees and distant apartment buildings are visible outside. The entire action takes place within this same continuous school corridor. CHARACTERS FEMALE LEAD Grok-image-b16c1304-9c31-4c04-842d-d50f1a719e65 (1) She wears an elegant pastel-pink cropped school-uniform-style blazer with structured shoulders, long sleeves, a tailored waist, notch lapels, front buttons, and a small embroidered school crest on the chest pocket. Underneath is a crisp white collared shirt with a large pink-and-burgundy plaid ribbon bow tied neatly around the collar. She wears a high-waisted, short pink plaid pleated skirt with a soft A-line silhouette, featuring subtle gray and burgundy check patterns. Her outfit is completed with white knee-high socks featuring two delicate pink horizontal stripes near the top and chunky white platform sneakers. Her movements are extremely quick, agile, athletic, and physically convincing. Her hair flies naturally during running, turning, and fighting. MALE LEAD: A handsome Korean man, 22, with slightly messy short purple hair, fair skin, and a slim athletic physique. He wears a dark charcoal school blazer with matching green school badge, black V-neck sweater, white shirt, burgundy-red tie, and black school trousers. He has a surprised, concerned expression during the final confrontation. MALE ATTACKERS: Four Korean men, ages 21–24, wearing slightly disheveled dark school uniforms, purple trousers, and sneakers. Some have loosened ties or open blazers. Their expressions are aggressive, frantic, and determined. One carries a short wooden stick. All characters must maintain consistent faces, hairstyles, uniforms, and body proportions throughout. SHOT-BY-SHOT ACTION SHOT 1 — 0:00–0:02 | THE THREAT Medium rear-facing shot inside a classroom doorway. The female lead stands with her back toward the camera, pushing open a large beige wooden classroom door with both hands. Several angry male students in dark uniforms stand clustered inside the doorway, blocking her path. One male student stands prominently in the center, staring at her. She immediately realizes she is surrounded. Camera: Static medium shot with a slight handheld tremor. Natural daylight and realistic shadows. SHOT 2 — 0:02–0:04 | SUDDEN ESCAPE Hard cut to the long school corridor. The female lead bursts into the hallway and runs toward the camera at full speed. Her black hair whips across her shoulders, her blazer flutters, and her plaid skirt moves naturally with her rapid footsteps. She glances sideways while extending one arm for balance as she accelerates. Camera: Fast backward tracking shot, slightly low angle, 35mm lens. Background motion blur while her face remains relatively sharp. SHOT 3 — 0:04–0:06 | THE PURSUIT Wide tracking shot looking down the hallway. Four male attackers sprint after her, shouting aggressively. The nearest attacker leans forward while running, almost losing his balance. Another follows with his mouth wide open, while a third carries a wooden stick. Their shoes strike the polished floor loudly. Camera: Handheld backward tracking, rapid movement, subtle camera shake, energetic action-film pacing. SHOT 4 — 0:06–0:10 | EXPLOSIVE CORRIDOR FIGHT Cut to a wide side-angle shot near the large corridor windows. The female lead abruptly stops running, plants her feet wide apart, and turns to confront the approaching attackers. The first male attacker rushes toward her. She quickly evades his charge, causing him to stumble and crash onto the floor. A second attacker charges with a wooden stick raised above his shoulder. She twists her torso, shifts her weight, and dodges his swinging attack. Another attacker loses his footing and slides across the polished floor behind them. The action is fast, aggressive, and physically grounded, with convincing momentum and clear spatial continuity. Camera: Wide 24mm lens, dynamic handheld movement, rapid lateral tracking. Keep full bodies visible during major movements. SHOT 5 — 0:10–0:12 | THE KICK Extreme close-up of the female lead delivering a powerful forward kick. Her white sneaker drives into the torso of an approaching attacker, compressing the dark fabric of his uniform at the point of contact. His upper body recoils backward from the force. Cut immediately to a close-up of her face. She stands still, breathing hard, her expression cold and focused, with strands of black hair falling around her cheeks. Camera: Fast impact close-up followed by a steady 85mm portrait shot. Shallow depth of field, realistic fabric deformation, and natural skin texture. SHOT 6 — 0:12–0:15 | THE WOODEN STICK Wide corridor shot. A male attacker swings a short wooden stick horizontally toward the female lead. She rotates sharply, her hair whipping outward, and narrowly avoids the strike. The wooden stick passes across the foreground, creating a dramatic motion blur. She completes her turn and regains her balance near the windows. Camera: Fast lateral tracking shot with a brief whip-pan following her rotation. Natural-speed combat without exaggerated slow motion. SHOT 7 — 0:15–0:18 | UNEXPECTED ENCOUNTER Cut to a medium frontal shot of the male lead standing in the corridor. He is motionless, staring ahead with widened eyes and slightly parted lips. His expression shows surprise and disbelief at the chaotic fight unfolding before him. Cut to an over-the-shoulder view from behind the female lead. One of the attackers suddenly turns and runs away down the long corridor, disappearing into the distance. The hallway becomes momentarily quiet. Camera: Steady medium close-up followed by a long-lens hallway perspective emphasizing depth and distance. SHOT 8 — 0:18–0:24 | FINAL CONFRONTATION Cut to a medium close-up of the female lead standing in the corridor. She faces the male lead, breathing heavily after the fight. Her black hair is slightly disheveled, her uniform remains intact, and her expression shifts from fierce determination to cautious surprise. She stares directly toward him. The bright school windows behind her create a soft natural rim light around her hair. She remains nearly motionless as the camera slowly pushes closer. A short Korean male voice is heard from off-screen: "들어와." (Come in.) The female lead reacts with a subtle change in expression, her eyes widening slightly. Hold on her face for the final moment. End with a clean cinematic cut. CINEMATOGRAPHY Photorealistic Korean action-drama production quality. 24mm wide-angle lens for full-body fight choreography. 35mm handheld tracking for running and chase sequences. 85mm portrait lens for emotional close-ups. Fast, sharp editing with continuous action geography. Bright natural school daylight, slightly cool neutral color grading. Realistic skin texture, visible pores, natural facial imperfections. Realistic motion blur, weight, gravity, inertia, and physical contact. Natural handheld camera shake without excessive instability. Convincing stunt choreography with clear cause-and-effect movements. SOUND DESIGN No background music, no voiceover, no narration. Only natural production audio: rapid footsteps, shoes squeaking against the polished floor, heavy breathing, distant male shouting, fabric rustling, wooden stick swinging through the air, body impacts, and natural corridor reverberation. Use natural Korean dialogue where indicated. STRICT CONSISTENCY RULES Maintain the same female lead and male lead throughout. Never change their faces, hairstyles, clothing, or proportions. Maintain one consistent Korean school corridor with the windows on the same side and classroom doors on the opposite side. Every kick, dodge, stumble, and fall must follow realistic human biomechanics. Avoid floating bodies, unrealistic flips, teleporting characters, duplicated attackers, disappearing props, broken anatomy, inconsistent spatial positions, and artificial-looking CGI movements. No supernatural abilities, glowing effects, stylized animation, exaggerated wirework, or fantasy elements. FINAL RESULT: A fast-paced, believable, live-action Korean school action sequence featuring a sudden escape, intense hallway pursuit, aggressive close-quarters combat, a dramatic encounter with a male student, and a tense final close-up. #DomoAI #DomoAICPP

Before the city wakes up. ✨ Made with Seedance 2.5 on Higgsfield Prompt: Create a ultra-realistic lifestyle vlog following the same young Korean woman, age 24, from nighttime at home through waking up, getting ready, going to the gym, working out, and having breakfast. CHARACTER: Korean woman, 26, naturally attractive, realistic skin texture, soft natural facial features, minimal makeup, long dark black hair, slim natural proportions and realistic feminine physique. Maintain the exact same facial identity, facial features, body proportions, hair color and overall appearance throughout the entire video. NIGHT OUTFIT: At the beginning, she wears a delicate black-and-white sheer lace nightdress with thin shoulder straps, fitted bodice, translucent mesh fabric, scattered small black heart patterns, black lace trim around the neckline and edges, fitted waist and softly flared short skirt. Elegant and natural, not provocative. GYM OUTFIT: After waking up, she changes into a fitted white sleeveless athletic crop top with wide shoulder straps and a simple scoop neckline, loose light-gray high-waisted sweatpants with an elastic waistband and white drawstring, and simple white athletic sneakers. Her long dark hair is tied into a high ponytail. Keep the gym outfit consistent for the rest of the workout. 00:00–00:07 — NIGHT: Small cozy Seoul apartment bedroom at night. She sits sleepily on the edge of her bed wearing the black-and-white heart-pattern lace nightdress. Warm bedside lamp, dark room, faint cool blue light through a rain-covered window. She checks her phone, yawns, places it beside the bed, gets under the blanket and turns off the lamp. Rain continues outside. 00:07–00:14 — WAKE UP: Early rainy morning. Cold blue-gray daylight enters through the window. She wakes naturally, still wearing the same nightdress. She rubs her eyes, checks her phone, looks toward the rainy window, stretches slightly and gets out of bed. Her long hair is naturally messy from sleeping. 00:14–00:22 — GETTING READY: She walks to the bathroom, washes her face, brushes her teeth and looks sleepily into the mirror. She casually fixes her hair. She returns to the bedroom and changes into the white athletic crop top, loose light-gray sweatpants and white sneakers. Her hair is now tied into a neat high ponytail. Show the clothing change only as a natural transition: she leaves the frame in her nightdress and returns dressed for the gym. No nudity. 00:22–00:29 — LEAVING: She stands in the apartment entryway wearing her gym outfit. She checks herself briefly in a simple mirror, puts her phone and water bottle into a gym bag, grabs a black umbrella and leaves the apartment. The camera follows casually behind her. 00:29–00:36 — RAINY SEOUL: She walks through a quiet Seoul residential neighborhood under the black umbrella. Wet pavement, apartment buildings, parked cars, utility poles and small storefronts in the background. Her ponytail and loose sweatpants move naturally as she walks. She briefly turns toward the camera, notices she is being filmed and gives a small sleepy smile. 00:36–00:49 — GYM: She enters a clean modern neighborhood gym. She puts away her umbrella and gym bag. She begins with a light treadmill warm-up, then does stretching, dumbbell exercises and a simple resistance-machine exercise. Show realistic physical effort and natural breathing. Her ponytail moves naturally during exercise. She drinks water between sets. At one point she notices the camera filming her and gives a tiny amused smile before continuing. No exaggerated posing, no unrealistic weights, no fitness-model performance. 00:49–00:54 — FINISH: She finishes her workout, stretches her shoulders, wipes her forehead with a small towel and puts on a loose dark zip-up hoodie over her gym outfit. She grabs her gym bag and umbrella and heads toward the exit. She looks toward the camera with a tired but satisfied little smile. 00:54–01:00 — BREAKFAST: Small cozy Korean café near the gym. Rain continues outside the window. She sits at a small wooden table wearing the white athletic top, light-gray sweatpants and dark hoodie. A simple breakfast is on the table: eggs, toast, fresh fruit and a warm coffee or tea. She quietly eats while looking through the rainy window. At the end she notices the camera, looks directly into the lens, gives a tiny sleepy smile and takes one final sip. The camera naturally drifts toward the rainy window. End with rain visible and audible. CAMERA STYLE: Ultra-realistic early-2000s Sony MiniDV home-video footage filmed by another person. Authentic 4:3 consumer MiniDV appearance. Completely candid and unstaged. Natural handheld camera movement, subtle camera shake, imperfect framing, occasional gentle reframing, occasional autofocus hunting, mild exposure shifts, faded colors, soft contrast, authentic DV compression, subtle low-light digital noise and built-in camcorder microphone noise. The camera should feel like a real person holding an old consumer camcorder, not a modern phone or cinematic camera. No gimbal, no stabilization, no drone shots, no cinematic tracking shots, no perfect compositions, no modern influencer aesthetic, no beauty filter, no excessive skin smoothing and no modern cinematic color grading. MOTION: All movement must be smooth, continuous and physically realistic in real time. No stuttering, judder, frame skipping, duplicated frames, stop-motion appearance, artificial slow motion, speed ramps, excessive motion blur or low-frame-rate appearance. The vintage look must come from the MiniDV image characteristics, autofocus, exposure, colors, compression and handheld operation, NOT from choppy motion. Maintain consistent identity, anatomy, hair and clothing throughout. Realistic hair, fabric, umbrella and object physics. AUDIO: Natural location sound only: rain against the window, phone alarm, blanket movement, footsteps, bathroom water, clothing movement, apartment ambience, umbrella sounds, wet footsteps, distant Seoul traffic, gym equipment, treadmill motor, weights, natural breathing, water bottle, café dishes and rain against the café window. No background music, no narration, no voice-over and no artificial sound effects. OVERALL FEEL: A genuine nostalgic 60-second everyday morning vlog: sleepy night → waking up → getting ready → rainy Seoul commute → gym workout → simple breakfast. Intimate, cozy, realistic, understated and spontaneous, like a real old MiniDV recording rather than a polished commercial or modern influencer video.

COOLMORE SECURE HOME AFFAIRS’ GOLDEN SLIPPER WINNER GUEST HOUSE. Coolmore Australia is delighted to announce the acquisition of Home Affairs’ outstanding son Guest House, following his electrifying victory in the Group 1 Golden Slipper at Rosehill last weekend. Guest House stamped himself as the best two-year-old of his generation with an eye-catching performance in Australia’s premier two-year-old race. From the first crop of Coolmore’s own champion sprinter Home Affairs, Guest House’s triumph further enhances the reputation of his sire, who joined the likes of Extreme Choice and Danehill by producing a Golden Slipper winning colt from his first crop. Brilliantly managed by trainers Mick Price and Michael Kent Jr., Guest House burst on the scene with a strong win in December, before running an unlucky placing in the Group 1 Blue Diamond Stakes. Trainer Mick Price paid tribute to him, commenting “He’s been a special colt from day one. He has an abundance of natural speed, just like his sire, and to see him deliver like that in a Golden Slipper is incredibly rewarding. We’re delighted to see him secure his future at stud at Coolmore to stand alongside his own very exciting young sire.” Coolmore Australia’s Tom Magnier was quick to underline the significance of securing the colt, stating “Home Affairs is a stallion that we have had such great faith in for a number of years and Guest House has been on our radar since his debut win in December. He is exactly the type of colt we strive to stand at Coolmore – a Golden Slipper winner by a brilliant young sire, with the speed and physique to make a top-class stallion. The Slipper remains the most important stallion-making race in Australia and he couldn’t have been any more impressive in winning it.” Roll The Dice Racing and the existing owners will continue his racing career with Mick Price and Michael Kent Jnr. before he ultimately retires to Coolmore Australia. #HomeOfChampions #CoolmoreSires

Morning walk update on my current fitness protocol, goals, and results: I am 193cm (6’4”) tall. As of end February 2026, I was 103kg (227lbs) and 8.5% body fat (confirmed via DEXA scan). This was my peak physique which I achieved using peptides/anabolics, and is not intended to be a sustainable level of fitness (my FFMI was a supernatural 25.7). At beginning March 2026, I started cycling off most peptides/anabolics to reach a “cruise” (ie. Sustainable) dose. My goal was to shift into a long-term maintainable level of fitness. I also introduced low dose HGH in an effort to maintain low body fat %. My current cruise dose is: - 210mg testosterone per week (30mg per day 7x days per week) - 21iu HGH per week (1.5iu 2x per day, 7x days per week) - 2.1mg retatrutide (1x per week) I am calling this cruise dose the “21 stack.” These levels of testosterone and HGH some men run in perpetuity. Retatrutide is cycled, and can be alternated with tirzepatide, or drop these GLPs completely if staying lean isn’t an issue for you. I don’t sell testosterone or HGH, but I am affiliated with a research peptide company that sells generic Retatrutide and tirzepatide. As of mid April 2026, I am 110kg (242lbs) and around 10-12% body fat (unconfirmed, it may be even higher). Plan is to stay here for now, and possibly cycle off everything to see what my natural baseline is after these protocols. I’ll keep sharing progress on my protocols, results, and medical diagnostics. My purpose of sharing this is to help men on their fitness journeys. I am inspired by aspects of the #Bitcoin ethos: open-source data and radical truth. If you have any questions, please let me know in the comments. I will delete all hateful comments and block all haters (my fave activity on social media). I am only interested in the pursuit of excellence, and helping men do the same. Stay strong brothers. 💪🏼💪🏼 *One correction: my wife is 6 months pregnant, not 6 weeks as I misstated in the video 😊

Sometimes the most random plans turn into the best days. 🤍 Prompt: CAMERA & FILMING STYLE Authentic handheld mini-DV camcorder footage with a soft early-digital-video character. Most shots are filmed by the woman herself in arm’s-length selfie mode, mixed with a few pre-positioned external angles and brief first-person shots. Keep the camera imperfect and human: subtle hand shake, slightly crooked compositions, occasional autofocus hunting, tiny exposure shifts, mild motion blur, imperfect zooms, reflections, and small framing mistakes. The footage should feel like a spontaneous personal vlog recorded throughout the day, not a professionally produced film. Never show her setting up, placing, adjusting, or operating a camera. The camera itself must never appear in frame. Use natural jump cuts between locations and perspectives. VISUAL LOOK Soft consumer-DV texture with gentle digital softness, subtle tape character, faint grain, mild highlight bloom, realistic skin texture, slightly muted contrast, natural colors, and believable cloudy daylight. Wet streets should have realistic reflections and soft highlights. Avoid excessive beauty filters, plastic skin, artificial sharpness, CGI-looking environments, or polished commercial aesthetics. STORY & TONE A spontaneous “I almost stayed home” day that slowly turns into a beautiful little adventure. The emotional progression is: bored at home → impulsive decision → rainy city walk → unexpected cozy discovery → sunset payoff She is playful, feminine, confident, slightly flirty, curious, and naturally expressive. The vlog should feel personal and intimate, as though she is sharing a random day with her followers. MAIN CHARACTER An exceptionally beautiful glamorous European brunette woman in her mid-20s. Expressive almond-shaped brown eyes, long lashes, full glossy lips, refined facial features, sculpted cheekbones, delicate straight nose, lightly tanned glowing skin, and long thick dark-brown hair. Her hair is styled in a high ponytail, with a few loose strands appearing naturally as the day progresses. She has a lean, feminine, athletic physique and a polished social-media-influencer appearance. Soft-glam makeup, but realistic enough for natural daylight. OUTFIT She wears a stylish deep burgundy monochromatic casual outfit rather than gymwear. A fitted burgundy long-sleeve top, elegant high-waisted dark trousers or fitted jeans, a lightweight neutral trench coat, clean white sneakers, and a small shoulder bag. The burgundy top should remain clearly visible whenever the coat is open. Same woman, same hairstyle, same makeup, same outfit and accessories throughout the entire video. No wardrobe changes. LOCATION A beautiful modern European city on an overcast rainy afternoon. Stone sidewalks, small cafés, glass shop windows, old architecture mixed with modern streets, passing cars, wet pavement, street lights, trees moving slightly in the breeze, and a cozy independent bookstore or café. No crowds dominating the background. Keep the city believable and lived-in. STORYBOARD — 30 SECONDS / 10 CUTS CUT 01 — 0:00–0:03 | STUCK INSIDE Handheld selfie indoors. She stands beside a large apartment window, looking outside at the rain. She turns the camera toward the rainy street, then back to herself. She makes an unimpressed face. Dialogue: “Yeah… I definitely wasn’t planning on going anywhere today.” She looks at the rain again. CUT 02 — 0:03–0:06 | SPONTANEOUS DECISION Quick jump cut. She is suddenly wearing her burgundy outfit and walking out of the building entrance. She looks into the camera with a mischievous smile. Dialogue: “But staying home sounded boring.” She steps into the rain. Natural movement, no staged pose. CUT 03 — 0:06–0:09 | RAINY STREET Handheld walking selfie. Small raindrops are visible on her hair and coat. She walks along the wet street while holding the camera slightly above eye level. She laughs when a car passes and splashes a tiny amount of water near the pavement. Dialogue: “Okay… maybe this was a bad idea.” She smiles anyway. CUT 04 — 0:09–0:12 | CITY DISCOVERY Jump cut to a wider external shot. She walks past glowing storefronts and notices something off-camera. She stops. Looks toward a small independent bookstore or cozy café. Her expression changes from casual to genuinely interested. No dialogue. CUT 05 — 0:12–0:15 | “WAIT…” Handheld close-up. She walks toward the storefront and turns the camera toward the window. Warm golden interior light contrasts with the cold rainy street. She looks back at the camera. Dialogue: “Wait… I’ve never been in here.” She opens the door. CUT 06 — 0:15–0:18 | COZY DISCOVERY Pre-positioned interior shot. She is already inside the cozy bookstore/café. She slowly browses a shelf, runs her fingers across book spines, then picks up a beautifully designed book and flips through a few pages. Warm lamps and soft background ambience. She smiles to herself. Dialogue: “Okay, this was worth leaving the house for.” CUT 07 — 0:18–0:21 | LITTLE TREAT Tight handheld shot. She sits beside a window with a warm drink on the table. Rain runs down the glass behind her. She takes one sip, looks outside, then turns toward the camera with a satisfied little smile. Dialogue: “This is exactly what I needed.” Keep steam and reflections realistic. CUT 08 — 0:21–0:24 | THE RAIN CLEARS Jump cut back outside. The rain has become lighter. She walks through the same street holding the takeaway drink. The pavement is still wet and reflective. The clouds begin to open slightly, creating soft late-afternoon sunlight. She looks upward. No dialogue. CUT 09 — 0:24–0:27 | GOLDEN MOMENT Handheld close selfie. Warm sunlight briefly hits her face through the clouds. Her hair moves naturally in the breeze. She looks into the lens and smiles genuinely. Dialogue: “Okay… I’m really glad I went out.” A tiny laugh. CUT 10 — 0:27–0:30 | WALKING HOME Arm’s-length selfie. She continues walking through the city as the sky turns softly golden. She glances at the camera, lifts her coffee slightly like a tiny toast, and smiles. Dialogue: “Random plans are usually the best ones.” She turns the camera slightly toward the glowing street and lets the clip end there. FINAL DIRECTION The finished video should feel like a genuine spontaneous city vlog rather than a travel advertisement. Build a clear little story around an impulsive decision. Begin with boredom and rain, transition into curiosity and exploration, introduce the unexpected bookstore/café discovery, then finish with a warm emotional payoff as the weather clears. Keep the woman glamorous and highly photogenic without making her feel artificial. Prioritize realistic handheld movement, natural expressions, believable environmental reactions, authentic city ambience, subtle DV softness, realistic reflections, natural breathing, and strong visual continuity. No camera equipment visible. No camera setup. No unexplained wardrobe changes. No extra people appearing suddenly. No duplicated reflections. No distorted hands or limbs. No artificial slow motion. No excessive cinematic effects. No polished commercial look.

Sharon fighting other Sharon Seedance 2.5 on DomoAI official prompt Image : SHARON'S REAL FACE — sole source of her features, 100% match, zero drift: soft rounded oval face, warm light-beige skin with tiny freckles and beauty marks, GREEN eyes, dense straight feathered brows, small neat nose, full pink lips, small silver drop earring. image Image STYLE / PRIORITY Ultra-photorealistic live-action AAA Hollywood action film, ARRI ALEXA 65, IMAX, Panavision anamorphic, premium restrained semi-CGI VFX. Realistic anatomy, weight, gravity, momentum, and authentic Taekwondo biomechanics. One continuous uninterrupted 10-second combat shot, 16:9. **CHARACTERS** Image = FIGHTER. image2 = ENEMY. Preserve both references exactly: face, facial anatomy, eyes, hairstyle, physique, proportions, clothing, accessories, silhouette, identity. If references are sketches, use only as design blueprints; render as fully realistic live-action humans. Maintain consistency throughout. **COMBAT** Hand-to-hand only, no weapons. Both fighters remain aggressive and reactive. No passive waiting, idle stance, reset, teleportation, or position jumps. **00:00–00:02 — OPENING EXCHANGE** Start mid-fight. Image2 attacks: straight punch → hook → low kick. Image parries → slips under hook → checks low kick → immediately counters with fast body kick. Image2 blocks and is pushed backward. Both instantly reposition. Low-angle camera rapidly circles them. **00:02–00:03 — OPENING** she attacks again. Image1 narrowly sidesteps, pivots outside the attack angle, and image2 turns toward him, briefly exposing the torso. Image explosively accelerates forward. Camera drops toward the feet. Supporting foot plants and hip rotation begins. **00:03–00:04.5 — CYCLONE 1** **DOLLYO CHAGI:** natural supporting-foot pivot, hip and torso rotation, kicking leg extends into Image2's torso. Realistic displacement, clothing compression and dust. 0.20s hyper slow motion only at impact, then instantly full speed. Landing immediately feeds the next rotation—NO RESET. **00:04.5–00:06 — CYCLONE 2** **TORNADO KICK:** landing momentum converts directly into explosive pivot and airborne rotation. Full-body rotation, kicking leg strikes Image2, driving him sideways. Camera rapidly orbits the airborne Fighter. Natural landing preserves rotational momentum. NO RESET. **00:06–00:07.5 — CYCLONE 3** **DWI HURRYEO CHAGI:** immediate continuous rotation. Hips and shoulders rotate together; heel/back of foot follows a clean circular trajectory and connects. Image2 is redirected sideways. 0.20s hyper slow motion at impact, dust/debris briefly suspended, heavy THOOM, then full speed. Rotation continues. **00:07.5–00:08.5 — CYCLONE 4** **SPINNING HEEL KICK:** no stance reset. Supporting foot establishes axis, rapid hip/torso rotation, heel travels circularly through Image2's raised guard and connects. Image2 is driven backward. Camera performs a fast 270° orbit. Image1 keeps rotating after impact. **00:08.5–00:10 — FINAL CYCLONE** **FINAL TORNADO KICK — STRONGEST IMPACT.** Maximum rotational acceleration, explosive ground push, vertical lift, rapid airborne rotation. Camera drops low then rises with Image Final kick connects with maximum physical force. 0.25s hyper slow motion, extreme close-up showing foot contact, clothing compression, natural facial reaction, dust/debris and camera recoil, then THOOOOOM and immediate full speed. Image2 is violently displaced backward across the arena. Image lands naturally and continues moving forward. No hero pose, no victory pose, no freeze. **ROTATIONAL MOMENTUM LOCK** The five techniques must function as ONE connected sequence: **DOLLYO CHAGI → LAND → TORNADO KICK → LAND → DWI HURRYEO CHAGI → SPINNING HEEL KICK → FINAL TORNADO KICK.** Never kick → stop → stance → kick. Always kick → momentum → rotation → kick → momentum → rotation → kick. **PHYSICS / CAMERA** Every movement is physically traveled through: footwork, pivots, hip rotation, torso rotation, leg acceleration, jump force and rotational momentum. Image2 reacts naturally according to impact direction; no exaggerated ragdoll or floating. Camera constantly chases the fighters using low-angle tracking, ground pursuit, lateral/reverse tracking, fast orbit, whip-pans, snap-reframes, impact jolts, rapid push-ins and low-angle aerial follow. Aggressive movement but each kick remains clearly readable. No excessive motion blur or camera shake. **ENVIRONMENT / VFX / AUDIO** Large cinematic outdoor combat arena with realistic ground, dust, small debris and detailed environmental depth; never an empty studio. Restrained photorealistic VFX: dust, debris, air displacement, natural motion streaks only. No aura, energy, glow or magic. No music. Realistic footsteps, shoe friction, punches, kicks, cloth movement, air whooshes, dust, body impacts and heavy final THOOM. **NEGATIVE** Teleportation, clones, duplicates, extra/missing limbs, malformed anatomy, broken joints, rubber/stretching limbs, disconnected body parts, impossible spine rotation, floating, weightless movement, random position jumps, kick-stop-kick, attack-wait-attack, idle pose, static/locked/gameplay camera, excessive shake, excessive motion blur, prolonged slow motion, unreadable action, looping animation, repeated identical kicks, giant aura, energy beams, magical powers, glowing body, cartoon, cel shading, videogame graphics, gore, blood, subtitles, text, logo, watermark, freeze frame, hero pose, victory pose, fade-out. **HIGHEST PRIORITY:** Hand-to-hand Taekwondo combat. Image = Fighter, Image2 = Enemy. Continuous realistic biomechanics. DOLLYO CHAGI → TORNADO KICK → DWI HURRYEO CHAGI → SPINNING HEEL KICK → FINAL TORNADO KICK, with zero idle, zero reset, zero teleportation, continuous rotational momentum, realistic enemy reactions, constantly moving camera, micro slow-motion only on decisive impacts, strongest final impact, and no hero pose.16:9.16:9.16:9.
