The video is misleading—it's a polished TikTok montage of elite swimmers/artistic performers doing acrobatic pool exercises, falsely labeled as "Navy SEAL Extreme Training." Real BUD/S is much grittier and less choreographed. The feats are still impressive, just not SEAL-specific. As of December 2025, no woman has completed BUD/S and become a SEAL operator. Standards are gender-neutral, but biological differences (strength, injury rates) make the already brutal course even harder for women—none have passed since integration in 2016. The post taps into patriotism and admiration for toughness, but the fake labeling and gender debate in replies add more hype than accuracy.
